Nothing in stock. Male worker with black framed glasses had attitude and very unwelcoming. Everytime i asked him for a size he looked at me like I was bothering him. Avoid this location. I was very Sunday at 4pm.

As a woman of colour I now boycott all stores that do not provide the same level of service as they do to shoppers of other races. I walked into the store and looked around. I was not greeted but all of the other shoppers were. I was watched, but just ignored. I will go to the Yorkville location to purchase the items that caught my eye. Do better.

I normally don't write reviews, but visiting this store as a reoccurring customer, my experience get worst everytime sadly. So many amazing items but there is never anyone to help and when you find someone they are just standing in the fitting room or busy doing something else even when the store has no one else. The managers were are extremely sassy, the manager David does not know his store inventory or even try to extend to help, he rather spend more time looking for someone else to help than help me or anyone I bring with me. Much need for improvement.

I find gems every time I visit. Interesting shapes, well-crafted items made from good quality materials. I'm a big fan of their linen and cotton items in particular. This store is a flagship, so the selection is as good as it gets. I had great service in the fitting rooms and on the floor. Weirdly, the hardest part of my experience was purchasing my items. Everyone must have been on lunch!

I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that I was followed around the store right into the fitting rooms because I’m a person of colour. These white boys talking about their work out routines rather than helping customers. But don’t worry they always have time to be useless racist bigots.

Great brand. Clothes are extremely high quality, and they have excellent customer service. An SA named Jackie helped me find a sweater for my holiday dinner. Great experience.

Our next family Toronto adventure take us to COS located inside of Yorkdale Shopping Center with a category of 4.1 and more than 101 reviews, In this store, elegance and class are distinguished in the collection of its clothing.For women it is the best option to shop comfortably at COS and also for men they have a department to choose according to their taste.

Rafael (I hope I spelled his name correctly!) was super helpful when I came into the store to ask for feedback on two wool coats I was torn between purchasing! It was great to have a second pair of eyes to give me honest feedback on the fit of both coats… and I’m very happy with my purchase!
