Service was great, smiling and courteous, until the moment I told her there was nothing I liked from the things I tried (not my fault you don’t have size 2).You can tell the sales associates are on commission by the way they try to sell you things.

I called the store through the sales associate name Yena at Eaton Center.Yena was available to find the jumpsuit in my size in the store which was at Yorkdale Mall.They held them for 24 hrs. When I visited the next day, the other sales associate was able to help me find them. They held the item in the closet.Grateful to find the item I was looking for with a pleasure experience.

Incredible service by the manager Caroline. She spent over 40 minutes on the phone calling different locations to find me the size and colour i wanted it. Cannot thank her enough. 10/10 customer service!

I placed an online order for a coat over 2 weeks ago. Never received anything, i had to send emails back and forth so they finally tell me the item seems out of stock! Even though there’s availability in few of their stores.After 2 weeks of waiting, they said we’ll cancel your order and refund the money within 30 days!!Absolutely disappointing, i would’ve expected a better customer service with this price.

Not nice to feel completely ignored while other customers are being greeted and attended to almost immediately. Felt racially discriminated for the first time in Toronto. Terrible sales rep.

Superb customer experience. The collection is always very fresh. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you and provide a resolution. They even guided me with the type of fabrics diff jackets have and which is better.I am a proud customer of this store.

The two Asian sales women have to stop fighting for customers.. They talked to me one after another as if they don’t care that the other one already asked me and I already said no, and I just wanted to look at things myself. I usually don’t like to be assisted as I don’t want to feel pressured. But these two ladies made me uncomfortable so I left the store. I think I heard them speak Filipino and Chinese, not sure tho…
