This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. Having a mechanic who insults you indirectly that ‘you are crazy in your head’ after paying a hefty amount of $1500 and still couldn’t fix my car.Long story short, a friend referred this place to me thinking my car problem could be solved when my car started making weird noise when driving along. Upon getting there, he test drive the car and then told me the problem is ‘wheel bearing’. I said that’s not a problem, I paid $450 for wheel bearing to be fixed. Took the vehicle same day after completion.Within two days, my car brake started making noise which wasn’t pleasant at all, went back to complain to him that my brake is making noise when I hit it, he’s like you will have to change brake pads and rotors which I did and ended up paying another $450, took the car from him after rotors fixed, still car was making same noice I complained about. Went back again to complain, he’s like oh you will then need original brake pads from Toyota because I didn’t use original pads which he didn’t advise me on, drove myself to buy original brake pads from Toyota for him to fix and nothing changed, still same problem.Now I got so angry that he’s playing with my intelligence, and he rather got mad insulting me that I don’t know much about cars. How am I supposed to know a mechanic job when I’m not a professional mechanic? In total I ended up wasting $1500 here with none of my problems getting solved and had to spend extra money to get this fixed in a different location.If you need a mechanic that will treat you well, speak to you with manners, then not CJ Auto, him and the son are all very rude with no courtesy when talking to human being. Come on! I’m the one paying you so try and render quality service. Not recommended.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Highly recommend JC auto. My car had battery replacement and oil maintenance. I called Midas before I went to JC Auto, Midas just said ask me to wait their call back, but I never received a call from them thereafter. Note: my car needs a special battery. JC Auto had excellent professional service, friendly and fair price on my car during this time! I will recommend JC Auto to all the person when the need.
