It was my first time visiting city cadillac. Overall, the store was very clean and tidy. I want to thank Josh for helping me very kindly. Also, I am very satisfied with the progress of the service and the solution to the problem. I'm willing to visit again next time if I have another problem.

Overall dealership is amazing, Jason the service manager cares about the customers and goes above and beyond to make sure our needs and wants are taken care of. There are a few bad eggs in the service advisors area but they seem to keep it under control. Parts dept however is terrible and needs work. Overall I will continue to use them for my service needs.

I was told it would take 1 to 2 hours for a machanic to look at my vehicle. 4 hours and half later my vehicle was still sitting the. No rental car and I lost a day of work. Will never return.
