We work with people, not companies. And the one that helped me out at Ciot, was Jaquie. Not only did she provide great advice, but insisted on a certain decision order to better match surface materials in my new kitchen. In retrospect she was perfectly right. The tiles are wonderful. High quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I was at ciot recently in August, 2024 and last year as well and Jessica South was the one who helped me with tiles selection and order for both the times. Her customer service was so phenomenal. I would recommend her to anyone. I normally don't post reviews online but she was so good that I had to come here to write. Thanks!

My designer recommended Ciot, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. Receptionist made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in, The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Their selection is stunning, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the personalized customer service provided by Jessica. Some of their competitors, I couldn’t even find a service rep!
Jessica was patient and professional as well as accommodating. It’s quite a process to select various tiles for a kitchen & bath reno. Jessica was very helpful and provided all the samples to help me in my decision making.
Because of this stellar and excellent service, I decided to get all of our tiles there. And they look great!
Also, Daniel at the pick up dock is very courteous and conscientious, checking to see that my order is correct and the tiles are in good condition.
I highly recommend Ciot over any of their competitors.

Sylvia was an absolute gem! All the staff gave us lots of space to walk around and look at the great selection of tiles when we first walked in. No pressure tacticts at all. Once we we ready, Sylvia spent a ton of time with us going through everything .... colours, styles, textures, purpose of tiles, grout colour, design ideas, and more. We got a great deal on tikes in the spring sale. We will be back and won't even waste our time anywhere else.

I purchased tiles for multiple bathrooms and the experience from start to finish was exceptional!
Manal helped me design 3 bathrooms and she is very knowledgeable with the renovation process and putting together the best colour choices. I will definitely come back for more tiles!
The showroom is also very inspiring and feels like home.

My partner and I have visited Ciot on several occasions to browse for tiles through my search of the right finishes for a new build project.Along the process, I came across Manal. As a Real Estate professional who strives to provide the best customer service experience to my own clients, it was refreshing to meet someone who exuded true professionalism from start to finish in Manal, something I personally find harder and harder to experience in Toronto from a customer service perspective.From the way she presented herself to the way my partner and I were greeted, we felt acknowledged and most importantly heard as clients. We never felt rushed and she made us feel like we were her only clients. Manal took the time to listen to what we needed and guided us to what we wanted to see, making few alternative suggestions to ensure we did not miss any options along the way , enabling us to make an educated decision about our purchase and most importantly know that we had made the right decision along the way.Once the selection was finalized, she verified it was available in stock for the quantity needed and fulfilled our purchase order, entering and processed it correctly in their system to ensure we would not have any delays or bad surprises.Few weeks ago we reached back to Manal to secure some Schluter drains for the bathroom showers and not only did she made sure we got the right model and size but also surprised us with very competitive pricing!On every single occasion, Manal made us feel like we were family, always welcoming us with a smile and open arms. My husband and I went to the Ciot Toronto location looking for backsplash. Jessica, the sales team member who waited on us, was very helpful. She listened carefully to our needs and directed us to locate some suitable options. Some samples were not immediately available therefore she arranged to deliver the samples to my home within two days. We were very impressed with the customer service and would recommend Ciot to our friends.
