I don’t understand how the rules and policy change every time I come to this location. Literally every employee says something different. I never have issues at any other CIBC EXCEPT THIS LOCATION. Please save your time and go to any other location.

There is no tact, decorum, grace of any kind. This location has staff who are seemingly unable to interact with customers in a positive manner. I went in today to get some services done that I needed to. There is one woman who was working efficient and quickly but she was the only teller working apparently. I dont go to this location often because i have heard negative things about the service. However I didn't have a choice today. As the second teller came out she seemed to be annoyed that she had to serve customers. I was told by the teller with a european accent that I was delaying her from an appointment because there was a line. That I should get the services done online, although I had already attempted to and was told to go to a branch. She proceeded to tell me that I should hurry up, even though I had to explain to her multiple time the services I needed because she was rushing. It was an awful experience and I won't be going back to this location.

I would like to see the ATM machines still have accessibility after 5pm/6pm. Banking hours have been an inconvenience to me at times as I work 9-5 and banking hours are 9:30-6; forcing me to go across the street to use the TD bank. (A branch I don’t bank with) and incurring fees to use the services. Maybe like some branches do, you have to use your debit card to allow access/entry into the ATM part of the branch if the purpose of to stop transients from loitering on the premises.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Teller was extremely incompetent and gave me no resolution to the problem he caused. Beyond upset with my experience at this branch.

Had a bad experience today at this branch with a teller named Rachel. She’s not consistent with bank information. And instead of apologizing or clarifying calmly, seems like she prefers to argue. Very unprofessional. The other teller (guy) who was also there around 430 pm on July 10th laughed while Rachel and I were talking. Maybe because I was a little frustrated? I don’t know. But for sure that is uncalled for. Honestly, they seem immature to deal with clients professionally. They are very different from other CIBC branches like Don Mills or Wilson Ave. Sadly this is the closest branch to where I work..

Not a great experience / service. Tried to open a credit card online and it told me to go into the branch. Spent an hour and a half with the advisor who couldn't figure it out. He suggested that they'd do something and they would call me the next day to let me know it was done. I didn't get a response the next day. I attempted to email the advisor but he never replied.

These atm are beyond filthy and some missing pieces. There is no pride or respect for the customers this has been like this for over a year now. I felt the need to say something.

I have an appointment with the staff named Mansoor Safi at 3:00 pm today but now I have been waiting for him for over 30 minutes and he doesn't have any notice for me to know it. No professional, too much wasted on my time for waiting someone that doesn't respect myself

Absolutely no sense of urgency at all times. It’s like the motto here is the slower the better. Always understaffed and the offices are just empty. The lines go out of the bank and the bankers are just acting like it doesn’t exist.

Service is exceptionally slow. If you plan on banking with this location, it’s probably a good idea to allocate additional time.

Waiting time is too much, the banking staffs waste too much time attending to one person, elderly men and women standing in line and waiting for 45mins or more to be attended to without giving them any kind of priority.

Transacting with Goldie Sharma and Joseph Sagai for my mortgage was a great experience. Their level of professionalism and customer satisfaction was excellent. They consistently provided cost-saving solutions to my needs. They were very diligent in expediting the process and followed up to ensure the transaction when smooth with the brokers and sellers.
