Terrible customer service. Went there to get a shoe, which was sold out in that location. Asked for shipping from online/another location, but the salespeople were so ignorant such that they don’t want to do it.

Had a wonderful experience with Brandon.
He was quick to greet me, was eager to help me, and provided the best customer service.
He deserves a raise and recognition.
I’ll be back soon to see him again.

Poor service and high prices!
Guys I was there today on July 10/24 at around 830 pm as we walked in the young black lady instead of greeting us kept herself busy fixing her nails and the young black gentleman looked right at us but didn't bother to open his mouth to say hi or hello, NEVER AGAIN CHAMPS

Worst customer service. A lady with orange hair was so rude when we asked her to clean up the stain for a new shoe which we were about to buy. DO NOT VISIT HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE FOR SHOPPING!

Brandon was super helpful in helping me find the Air Force 1s I was looking for. He also helped me sign up for the rewards program. Went to Nike earlier that day and it was an unpleasant experience, will return to Champs in the future.

I recently visited Champ Sports and was incredibly impressed with the store's selection of athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories.The store had an extensive collection of sneakers, including a great range of both classic and trendy styles from all the top brands. The staff was knowledgeable about the products and assisted me in finding the perfect pair that fit my needs and preferences.Aside from footwear, they had a range of workout clothes and accessories from popular brands like Adidas, Champion and Puma. The variety of sizes and styles made it easy for me to find what I was looking for, and the staff was helpful in providing recommendations based on my workout routine.Another thing I appreciated about Champ Sports was the store's cleanliness and organization. The aisles were clutter-free and everything was neatly displayed, making it easy to find what I was looking for.Overall, I highly recommend Champ Sports for anyone who is looking for high-quality athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories. The store has an excellent selection of products, and the staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to help. I look forward to visiting again soon!

The guys working there(boys) such a good customer service, unfortunately I don’t have their names, but the girl who I think her name is zoe, she should learn customer service, we purchased some sneakers and she cashed out, we said thank you and she didn’t even looked at us, very bad experience.The guy next to her who was cashing another customer he event said “you’re welcome” to us. Five stars to him

Like all the other reviews the customer service here is garbage. The worst I’ve ever seen in any store. I hope the employer realizes the staff they hire basically stand around on their phones and never acknowledge or even smile at customers. I was here on a Monday and about 5 other customers in the store we all left and went to foot locker and bought stuff there. Much better service elsewhere save your time and avoid this store.

Worst ever store...I don't recommend anyone to go there. They don't respect their customer,rude manager.I called their employee n booked my shoes n asked whether the store is open she said yes...and when I went to the store they were closed.I told them that I booked my shoes bt they didn't help......I hated that place
