Today I went to their shop to buy a valve.The kind of old one that has a cap for drainageI really needed only the cap not the entire valve as the valve has been installed in an old house , but I was ready to buy the valve itself and use the cap! A young man in this shop made a cap by cutting a screw and 2 O- rings!He is a genius and kind guy that solved my problem by just $5!I don’t know his name but appreciate him

I went in today to get a part that I needed. The person there was incredibly rude and refused to help me find a part I did not know the name or brand of. This is the second time I went and the same thing happened last time.I would not recommend anyone go there!

Excellent customer service. Great pricing. Bought faucets, toilets and bathroom accessories for a recent renovation. Received lots of helpful advice, feedback and pricing was very reasonable and better than other places (for often exactly the same item).

Called Centennial to fix 4 appliance 2 gas 2 electrical. 2 taps on the water line needed replacement and dish washer drain line needed to be rerouted exactly 2 metersI was quoted 3600 dollars..Centennial plumbing exists just to make money quoting ridiculously. Don’t even bother with these guys and FYI another plumbing company charged me 900 ( company not ann individual ) And also changed the air vents.Everyone in Saskatoon should know never call centennial plumbing. They are more interested in marketing their membership

Lots of parts but everything is bottom line quality. Advise ordering online from original manufacturer if you can. This place should be a LAST resort at best.

Spend the extra few dollars and buy from manufacturer. This shop is full of Chinese parts that fall apart as soon as you touch them. Will not recommend to anybody.

Centennial Plumbing service is the best! I know nothing about plumbing however, with the help & knowledge of Vinnie, I was able to replace the inside of two toilets, fix a tub spout & change my shower diverter. It saved me the headache of not having to replace my shower, as a couple of other plumbers were ready to bust holes & tear away to replace the fixtures. Thanks again Vinnie, for your patience & expertise!

After contacting several other plumbing supply stores and not getting the assistance I need, I contacted Centennial. The gentleman that answered the phone knew exactly the part I was looking for. I went in the next day to purchase the part and even though it was busy, he was so kind to give me clear instructions on how to replace my Universal Diverter Tub Spout all by myself.His being knowledgeable, willing to explain and prepping the spout for replacement was a 5 star customer service experience.
