Flora didn't want to help us return the Amazon box. She spoke to me coldly, and when we tried to tape the box shut she told us this post office didn't have tape. Then we couldn't return the box and brought it back. Her service was so terrible, I have never had a seam with Canada Post. Very bad experience with this post office.

I had a fantastic experience picking up my Amazon package at the post office (5576 Yonge Street), thanks to the excellent service from Vivian. She was welcoming and attentive, making the pickup process quick and hassle-free. Vivian not only helped me retrieve my package but also went above and beyond to assist with all my additional questions. Her efforts to go the extra mile truly made my visit enjoyable. I highly recommend this post office for package pickups and greatly appreciate Vivian's outstanding customer service!

I had a really poor experience here in May, mostly because the employee was uneducated about company policies and had limited knowledge about online services provided by Canada Post. I left here feeling mocked and insulted after being denied a simple service without explanation. I was pretty disappointed to have had such a negative experience, especially when all it took was a quick search on the Canada Post website to find an easy way to fulfil my request online. This has never been the best Canada Post location, but I definitely expected better than this.

I provided Rogers return policy number for router, I came here twice, they told me the system not working. I had to go to Sheppard station. A bunch of unhelpful staff. If the system not working, shouldn't you call the corporate to fix it???

So much better now that the old lady is not there!
She used to make people wait while she’d take what seemed to be personal calls in Cantonese or Mandarin. She’d be rude and yell and make me buy a whole roll of overpriced tape just to seal a tiny corner.
A couple of months ago they hired a very nice young man, he’s so polite, efficient, and helpful!
Finally!!!! I used to dread going to this Canada Post outlet.

The young woman who worked in the morning was very kind... but the woman who looked Korean who worked in the afternoon was really unfriendly. When I asked him a few questions, he gave half-hearted answers with a really annoyed expression. Whenever I go here, I feel bad, so I try to go somewhere else if possible. Looking at the review below, it seems I'm not the only one who had that experience.

Very bed experience. The old lady that work in the post office said to me: "hey, can you put your package in the back? Is too heavy for me!" I do understand is heavy, but maybe leave this job, retire, do something else, and leave your spot to a younger person that really needs money and wants to work!

Terrible experience with the old lady- I went to the post office today to send things out, and it turns out the old lady told me that she did not know how to scan the QR code. I tried to guide her how to do and how the staff helped me last time, but she keep on saying: she doesn't know and it was not her who helped me last time.She asked me to go back after 30 mins and look for another staff to help.....
