Our experience with this store started of the wrong foot.
The manager did not communicate effectively with the other staff leaving them in confusion.
I would love to thank Keith, Ashley, Remy and Ruby for dealing with the mess the manager left.
Remy (the tailor) had to come all the way from home to help us.
Ashley, Keith and Ruby stayed after the closing time and they were more than happy to help.

“Highly recommend Best for Bride. I had such a wonderful experience. Susan, my consultant, was fantastic! She was so patient, fun and her energy was so uplifting and infectious. I actually went over my allotted appointment time but not once did she mention it or did I ever feel rushed. She even let me try on more dresses than other places would and she helped give wonderful suggestions. All her suggested choices were great, which made it so hard to make a decision in the end. “Brought my sister to find a short flowy wedding dress for a civil wedding, she fell in love with one that was on the hook. Tried it on with veils and fake bouquets, the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, their seamstress is all booked up for prom season so we are going elsewhere for alterations.”

She has lots of variety (including plus sizes) her prices are reasonable and she is super nice! I felt very comfortable with her and despite my dress being a rushed order she took her time to make sure my wedding dress was a perfect fit! My wedding is in early June 2023 and Diane had my dress and jewelry ready 2 weeks prior to my wedding date. I definitely recommend this place for your bridal needs!”
