“This was by far my most pleasant experience with customer service in a very long time.
I dropped in unexpectedly to inquire about having the bushings changed in one of the doors on my jeep. I changed three doors but could not dislodge the fourth door. It had swelled out and completely seized. After visiting different locations and being told they could not remove it without replacing all the hinges as well, and at an grossly inflated price I found FIX AUTO.
I dealt with Ajay at the front desk. He went out and took a look at the door with one of his crew members and 45 minutes later my door was repaired.

I literally went to three mechanics for an issue with my truck and each mechanic told me a completely different thing and were unable to fix the issue. Then I found point zero and they have been a life saver. The most honest mechanic shop I will ever find. They have easily fixed every issue that others couldn’t. The customer service is amazing and they also always do their best to fit you in in a timely manner. You can even see the way they interact with their techs that the owners are well respected. The back of the shop is also very spacious and very clean. My truck has been in great hands since coming to point zero. Thank you for the remarkable work”

They quoted me a price that could not be beat, the quality of work was immaculate however they took longer than initially quoted to complete the body work on my vehicle. 7 days instead of the original 4. My overall experience with them was great, however, because of the quality of workmanship, I did not mind the delay at all. They even gave the car a quick vehicle inspection free of charge to ensure a safe and secure driving experience. I Highly recommend this shop.”
