This is to everyone who manage and work for smartstop storage I wanted to thank avery special employee of yours in north York location 7 ingram dr norlene/ lorie , she was so good at what she does to a point I was just supposed to pick 2 month rent but I end up signing for 4 months so I recommend everyone in Toronto and Ontario in general to go sign up for smartstop storage on this address you will be amazed with her customer service and her kindness

We would like to thank Lore and Nordine for there exceptional information and help. We mainly dealt with Lore and she is very pleasant and very informative. She explained all of the options, pricing and showed us different units available. The place is very clean. We would recommend to anyone who is looking for storage.
