I'll leave more detailed review on Best Quality Auto. I visited this shop yesterday to have the brake repaired. The owner was really nice, kind and honest. I was so impressed. He is truly a professional. He really seems to care about each and every client of his with warm heart. I'd definitely visit this shop again and again. Thank you, Best Quailty Auto.

Usually, I like to leave positive review.
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to do that this time.
I had a good experience at initial communication, but unfortunately, the owners attitude changed to very unwelcoming and even rude.
After having unfortunate of having a car accident, I was planning to have it repaired at Best Quality Auto. Before making my final decision of moving forward with repairs, I was shopping around for estimates for repair. I have found a shop where my total repair cost me $2000 less than their estimate. I have decided to move forward with my repairs in another shop.
Today, I had a chance to visit them regarding to my cars suspension. I have received very unfriendly and welcoming attitude, when I was told that they won’t provide me with necessary repairs, followed by words of “ we are coming here to make money”.
If customer make decisiondecision to serve Car in another workshop, shouldn’t be a reason to disseminate him and do not provide with services in a future.
Choosing jobs where you can rip off the client and not providing client with a smaller jobs that car needs, is a very low level of customer service.
Today, based on your ugly attitude – you have lost a loyal customer. I hope you will be growing up from this experience and in a future you will be treating customers in a different way.

I called for an oil change as I read high recommendation from the reviews on maps but when I called for an oil change the mechanic said that they don't do an oil change with regular oil but only Sentetic oil what a bad joke that is.I don't see how qualified this car shop mechanic is !!!
