I recently visited the B2 store today and i was helped by a sales associate called Yesha. She was very helpful and patient with me. I ended up just buying shoe insoles from her, but i will definitely be coming back to purchase more from her.

The most terrifying moment in my life when doing the return here with Victor Soloshenko, who claimed to be a manager when i demanded to speak to one while he was just an assistant manager. i returned the shoes which I had paid by exchanging my other pairs ($130) and paying the difference ($92). Victor insisted on refunding me just $92 as that was what I paid. WTH. where my $130 goes? The converstation was heated and I was in a store like for hours to “defend” myself there as he clearly talked like I was the stupid one while its clearly his lack of basic math and common sense. I literally cried.I wrote this down to save you! Next time if B2 made your return difficult, show them this to tell them off!!!
