The shoe location was the best thing literally on the block but I went there months ago and the location only carrying shoes, boots, slippers as far as your eyes could see no longer exist ? ??. Honestly I don't know where I can go now for these amazing deals with a HUGE selection and outstanding prices. It is truly a sad, sad day ?

Great deals. They don't have a great variety of shoe models in this specific store but if you are looking for cheap shoes this is the place to go. They even have a deal that you can by 3 pairs of shoes for just 10 CAD. They have clothes and accessories a well, for a great price. EDIT: MY SHOES BROKE. ALL OF THEM. The rain came and the shoe soles broke in half. It was almost immediately. With boots and sneakers. And it wasn't only with me, my friend who bought shoes with me also had her shoes broken.

I had a up coming so I needed heels. I’ve actually never worn heels in my life. I went to Yorkdale mall and the heels over there are so pricey and very uncomfortable on the feet. That’s when I typed in my food shoe places at orfus road and ardene came up. So I went there and I found these heels? they are so comfortable on my feet and easy to walk in. I absolutely love them so much? they are so minimalistic with a little bling which I actually wanted! And guess what I only paid $10 I know right! It’s definitely a steal!!! Especially with inflation rates going on I say coming here is the best because everything is so affordable and you save so much money!!! Customer service is 10/10! Thank you so much ardene for the beautiful heels ??

Great place! Large variety of Ardenes clothing at excellent prices. Lots of 5 for 10$ deals, tights for 5$, 3 for 10$, $7 etc. They have a lot of swimwear and summer clothes for 3/10. Good place to visit because they have most of what a normal Ardene has at better prices.

As much as I love the items Ardene carries, I have 2 nieces that religiously shop there. Please don't fall for the extra cost of express shipping. The first time I ordered online, I paid extra for the express 2 day shipping. It came almost 10 days later. Against my better judgement, I decided to order a pair of boots online and yet again, I spoke to customer service in which I was assured I would receive my order within the timeframe I paid for. I paid for express shipping. I ordered the item on November 24th with a "guaranteed up to 2 day shipping", it is now December 3rd and I have yet to receive the order. The item was shipped from Quebec, which is what I was told by Customer Service but yet it was shipped to Richmond BC (no idea why!!!!) when I live in Toronto. I have emailed customer service with a response that they do not refund shipping and to contact Canada Post (which I did and I was told to contact the company). This is so upsetting that although the shipping charge wasn't very much, it's the principle. I will not be ordering from here anymore as they are absolutely no help when issues arise. They dont care about customer service and they only want to charge more for a service in which they cannot provide. Very disappointed.
