Should’ve read the review before going. The employee literally rolled her eyes when I asked her to open the changing room. Horrible service. The kinda healthy girl was so rude both at cash and when asking questions. Never visiting this place again.

Very misleading and unprofessional cashier... (CASHIER # 88075 YORKGATE BRANCH)... I WENT IN TO GET 2 PANTS, 2 SHIRTS AND A SHOE... I ASKED THE CASHIER HOW MUCH FOR THE SHIRTS... SHE SAID $20 FOR BOTH... AND I REPEATEDLY KEPT ASKING HER IS IT FOR BOTH OR FOR ONE AND SHE INSISTED IT WAS $20 FOR BOTH... AFTER PAYING AND CHECKING MY RECEIPTS, I SAW I WAS CHARGED $20 EACH AND ASKED HER... DIDNT YOU SAY IT WAS $20 FOR BOTH AND SHE STILL SAID YES TO ME... AND THEN SAID I COULDN'T RETURN BECAUSE IT'S FINAL SALE... SO ANNOYED AND UPSET....

The employees have no respect and an unpleasant attitude that makes me never want to step foot into that establishment. One particular employee was a white woman with heavy eyeliner, she had an awful attitude and felt the need to stand outside while I was in the change room. Products are good and cheap. But what matters is the service in the store. If they don’t accept returns that’s fine but doesn’t need to be rude. Never ever coming to this branch. . I still couldn’t forget that expression.

I picked up shoes from there that were actually in my size from there recently, but then I realized didn't fit (tried them on at home). Tried to bring them back in and explained the situation, but due to their policy, I wasn't able to exchange them. The lady who dealt with me, the assistant manager, a short lady, was so rude and abrupt, didn't even let me explain fully. I emailed customer service, and they let me know that although exchanges and refunds weren't allowed for ardene liquidation stores, that it was up to the managers discretion. Went back there to see if I could show the assistant manager the email, and to try to speak with her again, but fortunately she wasn't even there, it was the actual manager, and I didn't even end up showing her the email, because when I explained the situation, she allowed me a one time chance to allow me to exchange the shoes, and I was very grateful for that.
That other short lady could have done the same, and actually listened, instead of being so rude. And its worse and more difficult for me because I have a disability and its difficult for me to explain myself a lot of the time. She could definitely learn from the other lady.

ITEMS NOT LOOK LIKE WEBSITE. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT. ALSO THEY LOCK YOU IN WITH A GIFT CARD APPARENTLY. NEVER AGAIN.3 support emails attached and no response. Seems like they want to not respond and make it past 2 week return period and then lock in sales. Too busy? Hire more people. Inexcusable.
