Purchased a beautiful white wicker outdoor couch and chairs. The couch wicker began to crack after 3 seasons. We always stored indoors over the winter, so the futniture was never exposed to cold elements. Now fully coming apart

Very happy with the quality and comfort of this sectional from ARD Outdoor. The customer service was exceptional with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Coordinating with Danny and the delivery team was fantastic, very professional with the full white glove service.

My husband and I were looking for some very good quality outdoor furniture for our backyard. We found ARD and went to their showroom and were very impressed with the range of products they offer. The staff was professional and took their time with us to discuss what we were looking for and designed a complete layout based on our property. Many thanks to Richard for his input, and a special shout out to Donna who guided us through the design process ensuring that we would be happy and continues to look after us if we have any questions or require anything additional. Run don't walk to ARD if you want quality product with an amazing staff!!!! Thank you ARDSpecial mention to Danny and the delivery and set up crews, they were knowledgeable very polite and amazing with the way they set up all the furniture.ARD provided Class "CLASS AAA" customer service through the whole experience. We have had many comments from family and friends just "Wowed" with our furniture.We HIGHLY recommend ARD to anyone!Janis & Livio Luchini

***edited after response of store**** I would give 0 stars if I could.Incredibly rude customer service here, despite the many other good reviews. Donna was assisting me with a purchase via email, and while attentive at first - the emails slowly started to not be responded to. I finally called in to place my order and found out she was there and not answering my emails. Then on the phone I was spoken to incredibly rude and disrespectful to the point it turned me off from purchasing from her, which may I add she said doesn’t matter to them if I purchase or not. I asked to speak to someone else and she got defensive, then I was put on hold and transferred to Richard. Richard greeted me in a very passive manner as if my time or money was not of value to their company. Being such a high end retailer AND as a repeat customer, I would really expect more. But according to Richard, $8,100 dollars is not a lot of money to spend at their store after my initial $7,500 so unless you plan on spending more, I do not recommend this store. I was appalled that any store thinks they have the audacity to speak to their customer that way. Highly would recommend searching elsewhere for your patio furniture. You’ll receive better pricing and much better customer service.To further my review because I do not feel their response is true in the slightest - after they responded and have come at me yet again as if I was an aggressive person and came at them, this is completely 100% not true. First and foremost, I had the phone on speaker the entire time and was not the only person to hear this banter. I politely and simply asked if there was any wiggle room when I was met with an incredibly rude response and tone as mentioned above. Just because I ask more than once does not make me aggressive. I pride myself on being a very kind person and for them to gaslight just isn’t right and I want it to be called out for future buyers. Not to mention, they claimed another employee was in contact with me while Donna was away is again false. I have the email threads. No one was in contact with me, I reached out 3 separate times to Donna over a weeks time with no follow up which lead to my call to the store to seek other help from another person as well as I filled out another contact form on their website. Anyhow, do with this response as you please. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but truly this place deserves it and I would appreciate seeing this as someone else before approaching or trying to purchase from this store.

I can praise ARD Outdoor enough. I have one of their wonderful patio umbrellas. After several years, it needed repair. Danny provided excellent service. He was super helpful and stayed on top of all the details for the repair and delivery. And he made the experience easy and a pleasure. Thank you to Danny and the ARD staff. Your loyal customer!

Quality store. We checked out 2 competitors before coming here and this product was clearly head and shoulders above the competition. The store itself is not thrown together, some others feel like your in a warehouse, this is far more civilized. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and the whole experience is great. Cant wait to take delivery of the product we ordered. I anticipate that the final delivery process will be as easy and enjoyable as the shopping process!!

ARD was originally recommended to me by my mother-in-law and I am thankful for her input. Silly put it is one of the best customer service experiences I have received in a long time; from the moment we walked in Wayne was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. We ultimately could not afford to get everything in year 1 (we settled on a Daybed, Umbrella and two Chaise Longes) We came back this year to get the matching sectional and coffee table, we could not be happier! I would highly recommend ARD Outdoor Furniture to anyone looking for high quality, modern outdoor furniture with countless fabric colour choices. Everything from the initial browsing to the full-service delivery and set-up is first class - Wayne, Danny and team are really customer focused.

In 2015, I purchased a 6 piece wicker patio set, dining table and 10 chairs from ARD. I had a wear and tear issue with a couple of pieces, understandably it was 7 years old. I wrote an email to ARD and within a day Richard, the owner of ARD reached out, because he remembered selling me the pieces 7 years ago! He gave us a couple of options and we are completely satisfied with the outcome. ARD is a great place for all things outdoor. Not only is their product beautiful, they stand by it. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Especially Danny the service manager.So, if you are thinking of buying for your outdoor living space don’t hesitate, go to ARD.TaraNorth Toronto

ARD carries a huge variety of beautiful outdoor furniture and accessories. I would highly recommend choosing them to create the perfect backyard oasis. Marsi, a Senior Designer at ARD , helped me select furniture for my backyard. She was kind and patient and she took the time to show me various options and to answer all my questions. I will definitely be visiting ARD again in the near future!

Amazing quality and service! I went to 5 different patios stores before visiting ARD (right before the lockdowns). The staff were courteous and helpful, answering all my questions. Loved everything in the store! The designs were modern and high quality, exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely love my new sectional and ottoman, especially being able to customize and choose the Sunbrella fabric and color. Delivery was great, with live tracking and status updates. Received my set in 3 weeks, while every other store was quoting me deliveries into May & June. After sales service has been exceptional too. Soo happy I found ARD and will definitely be going back for more patio furniture in the future.

We are extremely pleased both with the service provided by Wayne Tunbridge and the patio furniture from ARD Outdoor Furniture. We had to purchase on line as we live in Vancouver, BC and Wayne went out of his way to be helpful, providing us with excellent suggestions and advice.We ordered the Coventry Collection for our deck and couldn't be more pleased. The Milano dining table and Madrid dining chairs are perfect as they are not under cover and will be tolerant of the extreme wet and damp winter conditions we experience here in BC.The delivery process was excellent - delivered within one week, totally wrapped and boxed ensuring no nicks and dents whatsoever.We have no hesitation in recommending ARD and Wayne to anyone looking for top quality patio furniture.

Going with ARD was the best purchasing decision we made this summer. The shopping experience, delivery / set up, and furniture itself were all high class. Daniel made everything seamless and the technology for purchase and tracking delivery is a nice touch. I didn't even see the products in person before buying and each piece surpassed my expectations. The Dekko firepit we got in particular is luxurious and will be the focal point of our get togethers. And the delivery was "white glove". Thank you! Perfect way to reopen our social lives after a difficult past year.
