The store specialist that helped me out today provided me with exceptional service. Asiah not only gave me insight on product knowledge, but they also went out of their way to check the stock availability of multiple items at other locations. If only the items of interest I wanted were in stock here, I would have loved to have bought it then and there. To the manager, you have hired a very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff member so I hope their efforts do not go unnoticed :)

As a customer, I believe it is a basic expectation that sales personnel should serve clients professionally and attentively. However, my experience with Celine has been far from satisfactory. Unbelievable, So Rude!!!! If she is not interested in serving customers properly, it might be better to reconsider whether she wishes to remain in this role or works in this store.

Time of Visit:
7:00pm 06/21/2024 - Location, Arc'teryx Yorkdale Location.
I walked in and was greeted by a kind person at the front desk. She had said hello as I walked in. I went to the Arc'teryx bag/backpack/packs area and I was softly approached by Trey. Trey, was a wonderful employee here. His calm and inquisitive demeanor made me feel at ease and calm. Moreover, Trey provided me a run down on the differences between Waterproof backpacks and Water Resistant Backpacks. He explained in a manner that's very easy to understand and offered to, do a demo for me. He opened the bag and showed two different bags that could be a potential gift to my older brother. My older brother loves hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. He was so patient and non-judgemental. When I come back to buy an Arc'teryx item, I will for sure look for Trey!

An Asian associate was super dismissive until a white couple walked in and he immediately like “hey how’s it going? Anything I can help you with?” Great way to experience racism to the full extent in 2024 :)

One of the best Arc’teryx I’ve been to. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the whole space feels welcoming. Sadly like other Arc’teryx’s it’s plagued with resellers so you’ll have to act fast if you want to get new releases or sale items. ?

My experience at Arc'teryx was exceptional. The sales team went above and beyond in assisting me, expertly guiding me through their range of products to find exactly what I needed. The opportunity to try on a variety of jackets was a highlight, and I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing two. I highly recommend visiting this Arc'teryx store for anyone in search of quality outdoor gear and outstanding service.

Worst in-store experience ever! We wanted to purchase a jacket and no one helped. After deciding to take the jacket, we were waiting to be served and pay for it. The store staff members were talking and chilling. No one came to us and helped. I was very disappointed and left the store. Such an unprofessional customer service and unpleasant experience!!!
