I have been a customer of Andrew’s for many years. I went today to have a look at the newly renovated store and make a few purchases. I must say the store looks very nice. However they had the music so loud with generational music and I left the store as fast as I could. Some classical radio music such as 96.3 FM at low volume would be much more appreciated to suit the sophisticated clientele.

I love the products of Andrews clothing but the experience at the store was horrible. The clerk was extremely rude to my mother mentioning how the video calls were prohibited. I have extreme anxiety and usually have hard time going into the stores so my mom went into the store to show me some of the products I needed. The clerk started yelling at my mother who was on the phone with me saying “Ma’m you need to hang up right this moment, it is prohibited.” She doesn’t speak English quite well and being yelled at randomly at a store was quite unwarranted. I would understand if the owner doesn’t allow for video calls in the store. However, this isn’t how you should be dealing with customers in an upscale store like this. I am very disappointed

Althea is by far the best stylist. Such a wonderful thoughtful person , who knows exactly what would look amazing on you! I have been shopping at Andrews for well over a decade. Would not shop anywhere else!

Holiday shopping for the season, assuming Andrews at Bayview is the same as all Andrews. Clearly not. Really sad when the associates share their sentiment in regards to how deplorable Bayview Village is becoming and make adjustments to their offerings to meet new standards of customers downsizing their expectations. After my mother has been shopping here for over 20 years, this is the saddest we have ever seen it. This by no means Andrew's fault, must do what is necessary to survive. We found what we were looking at Yorkville, was worth the trip. I have said mentioned this before, Bayview has changed quite a bit and when stores begin to change, I worry at these signs and clearly worry about what is to come. Be careful! If you are a black and brown person, you will be followed in the store. Terrible experience that my friend and I have got in this store. Obviously a racist and bias store where people of color are targeted. I will never go there again!
