The people who own/work there are extremely rude and have no customer service etiquette whatsoever. I would never go to this gas station and buy anything ever again. The saying goes is that the customer is always right. In this case, they were yelling at us and being so disrespectful. My friend went into buy a pack of cigarettes and the guy gave him the wrong kind. The man did not give him the kind he asked for and also told him they didn't carry the kind he asked for. We went back 5 mins later to exchange them, and they wouldn't exchange them even though it was their mistake. How can you run a business being so rude to your customers?

Don't give your business to this gas station . The attendant is always rude 4-5 times . He got angry because I left my car after pumping gas to go inquire at the other unit in the same complex about oil changes. The gas station was empty. Whatever happens between the gas station and other units isn't our problem . Why does the attendant get angry at customers . I guess I'd be rude and angry too if I was sitting in a box 16 hours a day attending at a gas station
They have signs no McDonald's customers allowed to park here. What a bunch of clowns. Learn how to share and work together with others. This is Canada. Coming to Canada and not adjusting to Canadian values and turning Canada into third world . One of these pumps is broken. It kept telling me in full the whole duration of the fill by clicking.

Didn’t get paid and all i had was 15$ cash. I had 20km range on my truck. Now I've only 11km after my drive home. Got 9 litres for the 15$ but my range stayed the same. For sure I didn’t get any gas out of the pump. My range should of went up a bit for 9 litres. Never again will i use these people. Taking my last bit of cash, and still have no gas in my truck. She also told me they had the pumps checked yesterday, which I don’t believe. Thanks a million for making my situation worse

I'm deeply dissatisfied with the service I received at the cashier today. The individual was extremely rude, not only to me but to everyone else in line. He yelled at me and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. When I tried to use my reward Journie card, he refused to scan it and claimed ignorance about the process. Their dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service skills left me feeling incredibly frustrated and mistreated. I have a picture of the individual, I would share it with the employer if needed, cause unfortunately, I don't know the employees’ name. I intend to lodge a complaint until the employer takes appropriate action. No one should have to endure such disrespectful behavior when simply trying to make a purchase.

Avoid at all costs. While their oil changes are cheaper than a dealership or a certified mechanic shop you get what you pay for. Twice they've messed up my oil change causing oil to leak from the car. The last time I was there they put the filter on incorrectly causing oil to leak all over my engine and spark plugs. $90 oil change and a $700 mechanic bill to follow. I had to get my spark plugs, ignition coils replaced and engine cleaned to resolve their incompetence. Go for the cheap gas and skip the oil change.

The employees are friendly and efficient when handling transactions. Moreover, this location offers a range of convenient amenities right on the premises, including oil change services, car wash facilities, as well as vacuum and air pumps.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Used to be my go to oil change service with best price in the city. Didn’t install my plug properly a few years ago and had an oil leek, ok mistakes happen. Went last week and the technician says my oil drain is stripped and can’t change my oil. As I’m writing this review my local mechanic says everything is fine. Hmm who is lying here. Nice way to run a business to the ground. Good luck but I won’t be coming back again!
