It is such a pleasure going into this location. Even though there are relatively fewer staff than in most banks, Emy, Merzy, Rani and Vidhi are a pleasure to interact with. Their customer service skills are second to none. Bravo you guys!!!

Merzy Ammar was amazing. Very supportive and knowledgeable. Deserves a raise for sure, all the raises in fact. I love having Alterna as a bank because I’m treated like a person and a valuable member instead of a number.
