My son love Allsaint. He’s been your customer for over 5 years. It’s bit pricey, but he gets a few items whenever they are on sale. I have been shopping at different stores. But Yorkdale one is the best. Store assistants Vivian & Ryan have provided me with a superb service today.

Honestly staff is so bad specially guy working there so bad attitude no help and rude to costumer and feel like they judge people from clothes. So bad experience.

I’ve been at this locations twice, left with what I was looking for, pleased with my purchase and the way representatives work. I absolutely hate those typical Canadian sales representatives that chase you around and ask you a million questions, here in the contrary, you are free to look around AND if you have any questions, just ask, they will help you right the way.This is a proud British brand and I love it, if you know what I mean.I even spoke with someone over the phone once and got a very polite and excellent costumer service.Besides that, amazing quality, trendy and unique items.

Service was terrible. 3 people in there. No one greeted. The 2 guys acted like it was an inconvenience to serve me. Didn’t smile and were snobby. You work in a clothing store for a living. Quit the ego and smile and be nice to your customers

I would not advise anyone to shop with this brand, online or in store. I have been a customer for over 5 years... service has absolutely deteriorated. I went in last week, 3 sales people were standing at the back of the store just staring at me, watching me try things - didn't say hello, didn't offer to help. There were two groups of customers in the store and no one was being helped. And now they changed their online return policy - returns are not accepted in store and they won't refund your taxes and won't provide you with the document to get your taxes back on your own. Terrible changes to the brand.

I have been buying clothes since they opened at yorkdale.But let me tell you there Jean material is absolutely garbage I bought 2 pairs and they ripped on the first day.

My wife and I always pass by this store as you will always find some nice items to complete an outfit or get some additional basics. The materials are very nice on the shirts and t-shirts. The store also has some good sales.

I like the products, however the customer service was so rude. The store associates gave undue attitude and never offered any help. The kind of unwarranted stuck up attitude that pushes away people who could very well otherwise support your business, but alas, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Was my favourite leather jacket shop, i have bought 4 jackets here and one bag. wondering what happened these 3 years? No more good designs. Sales also had a cold face on me and my friend when we were here about 3 mins. Shes didn't even come talk to us at all. Way to go allsaints.

Vivian, at Yorkdale location , has some next level attitude towards customers. Ive been a loyal customer for years , never had someone given me that much attitude for returning a piece that had a noticeable rip. Very bad and insulting customer service.
