Purchased a reclining sectional from the team at Aery Imports and it was a 10/10 experience!! I ordered the sectional at 1pm and had it delivered to Kitchener at 8pm.
The customer service was excellent and I was very impressed by the quality.
I was also very surprised the sectional had LED lights on it that I wasn't expecting.

Pick your furniture online, pay and have it delivered fast! No need to stress!

This is a terrible company that is willing to steal from honest customers. I canceled an order and Aery imports refused to give a refund. I canceled my invoice within 20 minutes after the initial purchase. It is illegal for a company to not provide a full refund after an agreement has been canceled, as stated in the Consumer protection act. When an agreement is canceled, the agreement is made and null and void. The merchant must then refund all of the money, all of this is stated in the Consumer protection act. Aery imports must refund my all of my money, but instead they are holding it in their account and state that I must ask my bank to do a chargeback. This is illogical as chargebacks are a last resort, yet Aery imports insists as they have a chance to keep the stolen money. Along with that it is just unnecessary as they are able to refund with their terminal. I have gone to their store many times to try and find a solution. I have tried working with them to get store credit or a different item, but Aery imports refused to cooperate. I have told them many times that the bank has not started a chargeback or dispute. Yet they keep telling me to do a chargeback. I have sent many emails asking for a solution but I have been ignored. They claim to be in business for 18 years and are not here to scam people. But yet here we are, they have knowingly broken the law and illegally hold on to my money.
As of September 30th, almost a month since the cancellation, my money is still in their account and they refuse to do anything about it. The item was never delivered nor did they have to take it out of their inventory. I do not have the item or money at this point of time. They are thieves who steal from honest hardworking people. Do not shop at this place, I am not the only one dealing with this company. Aery Import is a very corrupt company, who is willing to steal from people and break the laws. Please go to another store who has honest people. Do not shop with thieves.

You could have replied to the many emails I have sent. Instead of making it more difficult.
Your store never mentioned to us that the Ashley North Shore bed set is a discontinued product, I looked up the measurement for a chest on Ashley's website in your store and that's how I
found out, I let the lady know that the bed set is
a discontinued item she looked at me and pretended like she didn't know what I was saying.
I called Ashley's head office the next day and ask
if North Shore is discontinued, and they say it
was for a very long.
We went in your store with good intention to
Purchase the bedroom set and it becomes a
Nightmare for us. Your staff has zero respect for customers. Without customers, you will have no
business.

made that Purchase to look for the chest measurement and that's how I found out, I asked the ladies there and they started to talk in their
language with each Other but never answered
my question, I call Ashley’s Head office about that
specific model, and they say it was discontinued many years ago.
As of today September 14, I still haven't received any merchandise, In-store credit, or refund.

I recently purchased my furniture for my new home from AERY. I am in love with everything purchased, it is great quality and also looks stunning. The sales team was also very helpful and understanding to my needs in terms of choosing the best furniture and providing financing plans that worked best for me. I will definitely be returning for more furniture and recommending this place to my friends and family.

Purchased sofa set from them. We checked the item on delivery and called them right away regarding the issue with the sofa and denied to accept the item. All they said was use it for 1 month and if it does not go back to its normal shape, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. But they never actually did anything even their invoice says clearly if item is damaged they will replace it and then ignored our calls. Very unprofessional and do not care about their customers. Also the delivery service they use only care about customers sign on the delivery form. We did not sign the form so the delivery guy decided to take our picture, without our consent. No one cares if you are in business from last 18 years if this is how you guys do business. Such a shame!!!!

Horrible customer service when customer make complaints about missing parts or damage parts. They take long time to give solution about 1 to 2 month. My bed part is missing and we sleep in sofa for 1 month. Pls beaware of these guys!!!

My family and I bought the Wilson pull out sofa and upon the pick up date they forgot to give us the complimentary stool it came with, I came in without my receipt and they honoured the stool to me no issues! The family over Aeroy imports are super friendly and attentive. They ask about your interest and direct you to furniture that may interest you. You don’t feel pressured to buy from them they give you space to discuss/ think and believe me that goes a long way I did not have to browse around their quality of couches are great. Thank you for furnishing our new home Aeroy we will see you soon!

Bought sofa from here. We are missing armrest after reaching out to them they have said we didn’t bought sofa from them. Even after showing them receipt and everything. Regretting buying from here. Such a low quality of customer service.

Bought sectional sofa 1.5 month ago it’s not been 3 weeks lints are coming out of fabrics and stitches as well, following with them ,got hold of them after 4 weeks and still awaiting to resolve.
Takings peoples hard earned money and selling inferior quality with no service.
