I've been coming to this shop for a few years now, and I’m consistently impressed with their service. Every visit ends with a clear and thorough explanation of the work performed and honest recommendations for any future maintenance needs. Brandon at the front desk is always friendly and takes the time to walk me through every detail, ensuring I fully understand what’s going on with my vehicle and what my options are. Their prices are reasonable, and their integrity is exceptional—they never pressure me into unnecessary repairs or services. I’ve always felt I got excellent value for the money I spent here, and I’ve never had any issues with the work they’ve done. Highly recommend!

Friendly at first but I had a concern I have a sports car very fast and I have a GPS monitoring system and when they went for a road test which is normal but was not normal is how hard and how fast he drove my car I did not appreciate it and I told him that and he became very combative so I just left I didn't want to get into it not again I can understand if they are putting a new engine or turbocharged or performance parts into the car then they have to drive it hard but not for a tie rod end lost my business forever

On our way to Toronto when we ran into van trouble. Brandon was so kind and reassuring that he could get us fixed and back on the road. He offered us water and a fair quote. He was so kind.

The staff is very friendly and explains their work very thoroughly. I feel I am very well taken care of . My biggest take away is that I can trust them not to perform any unnecessary work. I am confident that I'm in good hands and have taken my car to them exclusively for the past 5 years.

Would always get my car serviced here. However, recently my skid plate was not bolted on after my last oil change and it partially fell off while I was driving (scary thing to happen on the 401). I was told it was my fault (that I hit something to knock it off (I didn’t)) - I don’t believe that explains the skid plate being unbolted (regardless) … they put the existing one back in place, bolted it and charged for replacement bolts & labour…..

I was there today and want to check my TPMS light on. They brought my car in for couple minutes and said the psi on my tires too high they already released the air and drive about 5kms light will be turn off. Just released the air and charged me $30 cash no invoice at all. Then I drove my car about 15kms but light still on then i came back to them and they said I need to replace all 4 TPMS and it will cost me $545.00. I need to talk to the other boss about released the air and charged me $30.00

I came today to book an appointment for a tire change but the staff on duty was too rude to me.It's around 13:00hr today 18th of May, and I don't know for some reason is wrong why he's acting so arrogant coz I'm only asking him to repeat the price if I will avail 2 tires coz he responded this way....?Do you understand Math???? I told that the price is this...bla bla bla....with a sarcastic facial expression and ofcourse I was very shocked of his attitude so I asked him why he is so rude to me?im just asking coz how the hell I know the price of tire coz I don't work there so how I know?All I can say is please be polite sir.... Whoever you are, pls be kind!!!You don't even desserve atleast 1 star for God sake..?????If I can give zero star,I will do...#activegreen+rossjaneandwilson

I received great service at this location. I had an emergency with a flat tire in the afternoon and in less then 60 minutes I was back on the road with no time lost. Brandon at this location was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this location. This is the 2nd Active Green & Ross where I've had work done on my car and I totally trust this company to service my vehicle. Thanks again Brandon, you made my day easier.
