HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I had a dreadful experience at this store. The customer service was absolutely horrible—one of the worst I’ve encountered. I saw this place online and thought I'd give it a shot, but it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I could make. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the warehouse workers were no better; they made rude remarks and offered no help. I will definitely not be returning, and I strongly suggest that you avoid this store as well.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this store. The customer service was absolutely the worst I've encountered. The receptionist was not only disrespectful but also unprofessional, showing zero patience or helpfulness with our questions. To make matters worse, she actually slammed the payment terminal when I was trying to complete my transaction.
The warehouse workers were equally problematic. They were laughing and made disrespectful comments while attempting to load our order into the vehicle. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.
Given the poor service and negative atmosphere, we will not be returning to this store ever again. I highly recommend avoiding this store to save yourself from a similarly frustrating experience.

What a great experience. Huge show room, kind customer service, and very very helpful employees. Joe helped me out a lot, he was very understanding and fair. There is also a man that works in the back warehouse- which was also very helpful. I loved my experience with ACME. now my piercing studio looks great- and I am super satisfied with my purchase!!

They listed a showcase for their cost and didn't honour the sale. We tried working something out over the phone but they wouldn't come down to anywhere near it. During a call, I asked about another showcase that was also slightly mispriced, they changed the price on the spot and didn't even acknowledge the error, pretended to not be able to find it. The rep was nice but doesn't make up for the how shady everything went down.Most of the their showcases can be found on Alibaba for a faction of the price. You can tell as they use the same stock images. Only issue with Alibaba is the high minimum order.

The receptionist thinks she is doing a favor by answering questions. Very rude and unprofessional. I came here by looking online and they had the products which i needed but next time i will be going to another place.

This is a great place to pick up supplies for better displaying retail products. They have mannequins, shelving, storage cupboards, hooks, and tons more. The staff is rather helpful too. They answered all of my questions.
