If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT buy any cars from this dealership. I should have read reviews before purchasing my car, since this seems to be a common theme.
I have had the car for about 4 months now, and the entire engine needs to be replaced, along with a couple of other issues. I was told by the Kia dealership I took it in to that one of the issues was caused by damage from the last time it was fixed, which would have been when Andrei’s mechanic fixed it for me to even be able to take the car home (which was about 1.5 months, should have been a huge red flag). From what I understand this car would have been showing clear signs that it was in significantly worse condition than was let on, and what was done for me to take it home was just a bandaid slapped on to give a false sense of security.

This is another up date.Access finally found someone who fixed the light.Its been a week now and its still not back on.Hopefully it is repaired properly now.Andrai thankfully did stick with it and I think the boss or owner finally got involved . I recently bought a 2010 Escape from this company. I test drove one vehicle which after i checked it there was antifreeze in the oil bad head gasket or cracked block.Then i quickly tried the Escape Which ran good.1 day after buying it engine light came on.Andrai said they would fix it.I have taken it back 3 times and was told it was fixed.Thursday before Good Friday we were told it was ready. .Access Motors sold it they are responsible until its fixed.We were told they had to put new tires on it which were used mismatched tires.MTO and my Mechanic said that the engine light was probably just reset to get their money we will see as I have to take it back for the fourth and final time this Thursday.MTO is also interested in why was it undercoated.Was that to cover up anything.I will update Everyone after Thursday but in the meantime please be careful.One other thing i was told if the mechanic had of test driven the car which is part of the safety they would have seen the engine light come on .This vehicle should not have passed but Thursday will tell all.I have all the texts from Andrai so I can prove what i say is honest. Thankyou and be very Cautious.This is an update been over a week 2 more trips to Access Motors light still on,told me code 1000 drive at least 100 kms drove further than that still on.Its a week later now they say bringin this Tuesday so can check computer Now Garage said timing chain almost gone Ill tell them on Tues wait for my update to get their reaction

Do not trust this dealership unless you are a mechanic or bring one with you, purchased a vehicle from them and have been left with nothing but problems. The salesman took me for a fool explain that the car would pass safety no problem with the change of some fog light bulbs. But no brought it to my mechanic and was met with the vehicle being sold without airbags, when the light was on it was only described to have been a potential loose wire and that it was functional. The breaks and callipers would also need to be fixed. The inconsideration to even explain the truth to a customer is absolutely dehumanizing and for a company who’s somehow been in business for a long time you would expect much better. DO NOT AND I SAY AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE unless you are willing to come home with exponentially more problems. Sales people are straight liars and i believe there is something fishy going on behind the scenes because in the state I purchased the vehicle I was told it is damn near impossible to even get the car temporary plates. The 3 stars the place has listed should be even lower 1 star is still making this place look good. Purchasing a car as is should come with full transparency I could have found better customer service on Facebook marketplace honestly. And they encourage you to get you car safetied on your own by listing a completely unreasonable and unrealistic price for them to safety it for you basically told me it would be 6x the price it would be to get it done anywhere else.

Zero stars isn’t an option. Avoid this dealership. They are a bunch of scamming crooks. They tell you a car is safe to drive but when taken to mechanics you trust, it’s really not safe. Put used, broken parts on my car and used rotors that were warped. They will tell you anything to sell a car. You think you get lucky with the warranty but really you’re paying hundreds for nothing. Put parts in my car that aren’t even for it. So unprofessional, hope this place gets shut down!
