Initially had a great experience other than the transaction taking over 5 min to process. Came back for an exchange... cause I did ask at time of purchase of the exchange/return policy. Lady says 14 days...ok great. Came back 3 days later and what a hassle to exchange same item different size. OMG! Never again! Long haired woman was so snarky. Attitude. Gross

While my mom and I were shopping for Christmas gifts, we ventured into the rear of the store and noticed a sign advertising PJs at $4.99. However, when we inquired about this price, the manager displayed rudeness, claiming that there were no PJs in that section. Nevertheless, the customer service representative who was processing our purchase confirmed the price. On December 27, 2023, my mom and I revisited the store, only to encounter an extremely unprofessional manager. Instead of assisting us with the purchase, she summoned another employee and began scrolling through her phone. As a result of her behavior, I have decided not to continue shopping at this store.
