On the recommendation of a family member, I hired ABC Plumbing to take care of the disconnect and reconnect of my kitchen sink plumbing when I had new counter tops installed. The process for booking the appointment was seamless and they were very accommodating when I was given very short notice of the counter top installation date. The work on both days was completed perfectly and in a very timely manner. The plumb, Chad, even accommodated a pre-existing appointment and was able to fit me in for the reconnect saving me another day of “pioneer life” living without water in the kitchen! ABC Plumbing is a great company to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had a plumber replace a toilet and replace a bladder float valve. I called and had the plumber arrive in the same week. That’s quick service. The plumber was very friendly, kind, and prompt. A+

RESPONSE TO OWNER POST:
After the way your company treated me and my house, ABC Plumbing and Heating would be the last plumbing (or heating) company I would call. One experience with you was one too many. Never again.
I now have an honest, reasonably priced plumber from another company who does great work, cleans up, doesn’t get drywall dust and debris in the drains, and he’s polite, professional, and pleasant.

I am so impressed with this company. I called them about a water leak and the technician was at my door in less than a half-hour. He was courteous and professional, explained the issue, and put in a temporary fix that stopped the leak and allowed me to turn my water back on. He explained what he did and left me a detailed quote for a new piece of equipment. The next day another friendly and professional employee came early and installed the permanent fix in less than an hour. Not only was he fast and thorough, he had found some savings on the equipment and the final price was less than was quoted.
I highly recommend this fantastic company!

First experience and it was amazing. Chad was extremely professional, moved quickly and efficiently. I was so worried the problem was much bigger than it was and Chad was in and out in less than an hour!

I have used ABC Plumbing & heating for MANY clients and they have NEVER let us down. From speedy inspections to detailed reports and estimates! A lot of other companies are quick to give you a quote but then months to get the repair.. NOT ABC Plumbing and heating!! they are so fast and efficient!They have the Friendliest staff who go above and beyond customer service!10/10 recommend!!Services: HVAC system repair

We called ABC because of a "knocking" noise from a shower they installed via our builder 3 years ago. We called to see if it was an air-lock or something else. We left 2 messages after realizing it was a faulty cartridge and a week later we called a third time and finally spoke with someone. We were told that the part was not under warranty so we asked if they could provide the part number. They said they would call back with that information - that was 2 weeks ago. Simply, they don't seem to care about customer relations.

I hired ABC to repair my electric hot water tankless heater. The technician arrived, and after 30 minutes he determined it could not be repaired. I accepted his diagnosis and told him I will have to look at options. For some reason he lingered around and billed my wife for an extra 30 minutes, when it was determined soon after he arrived the unit could not be repaired.I understand there is a minimum of 1 hour charge to assess any situation, but to immediately realize nothing can be done, and charge additional time is just unacceptable in my opinion.Services: HVAC system maintenance

This is my first review ever, and I felt like I needed to write one to save someone else the headache. I spent over $400 for two visits to fix my furnace (2hrs in total). The problem was never fixed and I was without heat all weekend. The error code was saying a pressure switch. I have no experience with HVAC but I recommended replacing the pressure switch since the error was saying that. Both times nothing was fixed or replaced as it happened to suddenly turn on when he was here. The day after the second visit it didn't turn on again and I was without heat all weekend, once again showing the same error code. The following week I called back and asked if someone could come over to see the same problem that was still reoccurring and I was told I would have to be charged once again for someone to come out. I asked to remove the first hour fee as this was the third time out for the same problem and they refused. I decided to not continue giving this company my money without any of my furnace problems being fixed. 1/10 experience. Technician was a nice guy but unfortunately didn't fix anything. I asked the owner to help me out as I already spend over $400 without anything being fixed and the same error code keeps showing and he refused and said to take my business somewhere else. Save your time and money and go with a different company.Services: Heating system maintenance

This was the first time we used ABC Plumbing. From the first call to the office to the completion of the repair everything was very professional and efficient.Vicky in the office was helpful and kept us informed.The technician, Tony was professional and explained the repair completely. He also gave us a quote for a future repair. Will definitely use this company again!
