Visited the store to purchase fish aquarium filters. First I had to find a staff who told me to push the button on a sign I did not see and then he left. After a few minutes a person arrived and showed me the available filters. They did not have what I needed so I purchased a best guess for a match to my own. When I got home it was a wrong fit. We were able to replace them with a different on when we showed the receipt and returned the first purchase. It is a good store, good return policy and maybe under staffed on the day of my visit.

Shop at this store there was sale if you buy multiple you get a discount cashers said discounts only apply to members that you need to subscribe to there mail. Quite illegal in the consumers act. Won't be shopping here again.

We went into the store to see what walk-in services they provided and the girls was so helpful. Laura was amazing, but the other girls also did a good job. We have a small dog and they were able to give a full grooming in under an hour. Our dog looked awesome after and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Went here with a friend to get them a betta fish (I’m an experienced fish owner and have done plenty of research online before owning them) and one of the employees in the fish section was yapping absolute nonsense and false information about tank mates, tank setups etc. I’ve had said tank mates that they claim “aren’t compatible” in the same tank as a betta and many sources online say it’s perfectly fine and I’ve never had any issues with the betta killing them. Do your own research, don’t listen to the staff on pet info for your pets sake.

I went in this week to purchase dog chews. I picked out four chews clearly marked at 2.49 each. When I got to the counter they charged me over five dollars each. I took the cashier to where I got them from and she also saw that they were clearly marked at 2.49. She said sorry I don’t know how they got marked at that price. I asked her to honour they price they were marked at . She said no so I took my business to pet value instead .

Amazing experience with Reannyn at the at the grooming centre today . She was patient , kind , loving , skillful and knowledgeable. Other staff that was present also very kind and professional just unfortunately don’t know the name for the review . Our adopted rescue’s first time ever getting groomed and by the end she was resting in the kennel looking super pretty and much of her husky hair removed . As well all nails trimmer no idea how you did it so successfully . Thanks for the amazing job , we will back . Koda says thank you ??
