“Just started using Just Raw pet food about 1 month ago all the food is great except I find the duck has small bones in it and my dog spits the small bones out of her mouth which is great because I don’t want her choking on these small bones. They are quite sharp as well.”

“The new owners are doing a good job listening and trying their best to expand their cat products. The staff are knowledgeable and super kind. With their help, my kitties are secretly enjoying more single ingredient treats (found in the dog section but as i learned safe for cats nonetheless)!
They also are great at making notes on their file and immediately ordered several bags of cat food for me as well as call to tell me when they came back in stock. The personal and dedicated care is just top notch!”

“Yesterday I went into the store in Nobleton and spoke to Rachel. My golden retriever loves to chew and I have given her bully sticks and beef cheeks. But the problem is she eats them within an hour and ends up with belly aches. Thanks to the swift thinking of Rachel, she came up with a solution and gave me an Olive stick about 12” long and 1.5” in diameter. This Olive stick doesn’t splinter, it just turns to wet sawdust and dissolves with no harm to the dog. I brought it home and my dog just loves it. She happily chews it and plays with it and there is very little damage to the stick. I’m sure it is going to last a long time. Thank You Rachel!?

For background, I have a small dog and when I went Global Pet Food store at Major Mackenzie, Alyse, was the person who assisted me with all my questions regarding my dog's nutrition along with suggesting certain products that I will definitely check out in the near future. Alyse and her team at Global Pet Food are amazing and very knowledgeable. Alyse took the time to go through everything my dog might need considering my beautiful dog, Taco, has special dietary needs. He’s always willing to help, takes his time to explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed or unsure. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and loves what he does. “We recently adopted a few rescue dogs who were in desperate need of grooming. Esha was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She was able to remove severe mats that were restricting the dogs’ movement — something we thought might be impossible.
Thanks to her care and skill, they’re now so much more comfortable and able to enjoy a much better quality of life. We’re beyond grateful for the difference she’s made and the dogs are so much happier now.
