“Visited the store last week and found 3 pairs of shoes that are so comfortable! Ii can be challenging to find shoes in a wide width and this store had a great selection. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable- Krista was particularly helpful and attentive. Will definitely be back!”

Majority of the store had items on sale, most of the sale items being 70% off. My girlfriend ended up buying a wallet for $75.”

I recently visited the GAP store at the Niagara Outlet Mall, and I had a fantastic shopping experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of clothing was excellent, with a wide range of sizes and styles available.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were quick to assist me with finding the right sizes and provided great recommendations based on my preferences. I was particularly impressed with their patience and professionalism.
Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, especially with the outlet discounts. I found some great deals on quality clothing that I know will last a long time. The fitting rooms were clean and spacious, which made trying on clothes a pleasant experience.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting the GAP store at the Niagara Outlet Mall. Whether you're looking for casual wear, work attire, or something in between, you're likely to find it here. I'll definitely be returning on my next shopping trip!”

“I had a great experience shopping at this Moose Knuckles location on September 28. A big thank you to Carl who was very patient, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We dropped in just to browse and came back three times within a 30 minute span to try on and eventually purchase a winter jacket! Carl took the time to make sure our questions were answered without trying to pressure us to purchase.”
“I went in because I had purchased a dress that I wanted to exchange for a size down. There were 2 sales associates that were behind the desk that I spoke to and explained my situation. The one tall woman explained to her co-worker that she'd be in the back due to not wanting to be on the floor and left her co-worker, who seemed a bit nervous (maybe newer), to do the exchange without support.The young woman who did help me is named Jessica. She was incredibly sweet and kind, and tried her best to help me in a timely fashion. She explained to me that, while they don't have my dress in-store in the size I'd like, they can ship it to my house without me needing to pay for shipping. She set everything up for me, double-checked the style, size and all my information with me to make sure everything was okay, and I was even refunded some of my money as the dress was on sale for Black Friday.Lovely experience! “I was at this location yesterday and received great service and bought 2 shirts here. I plan to go back and pick up a couple more. It is difficult to find a French Cuff shirt in this area and they had many in stock. The store had a sale going on, but at regular price, both shirts that I bought are worth the $108 each. In Toronto, I'd be paying much more for shirts of this quality. The only downside is that I went there in December and you have to walk around outside in the cold. That's not their fault, just the design of the Niagara Outlet Collection.”

“I had visited Valleverde almost two summers ago and I enjoyed the experience very much. As a very shy individual who finds trying on clothing a tedious thing to do, I felt very comfortable trying on some flare jeans that one of the employees recommended me. I remember shaking behind the curtain, thinking I couldn't be seen wearing it but when I got out, that all changed. The two employees were the most supportive people I've ever seen! Sadly I cannot remember their names but I will always remember how they made me feel. Thank you for making me feel better in my skin! I will definitely return in the future.”
