I bought my husband a button down shirt for Father’s Day at the
N-O-T-L Tommy outlet and he ended up needing a different size. I brought the shirt back with the receipt and found the same shirt but different colour in the size he needed. When I brought the 2 shirts to the cash with the receipt to do an exchange, the cashier asked for extra payment. I said why do I have to pay extra when I’m doing a straight exchange and her response was because the promotion had changed since when I bought it. I got upset because I’ve never had to pay extra anywhere on an exchange if a sale changes, especially if I have the receipt. She went to talk to another associate and came back with the same response. I paid the difference and left very upset. Something is not right at Tommy Hilfiger.

The power went out while I was cashing out so I put my item on hold. I was told it would be held for 24 hours. When I went back they already put my item back and it was no longer there.

I visited this place on a leisurely weekend morning. I picked about five outfits and while checking out, I realized that I didn't need one of the clothes. I requested a cancellation, but the cashier paused for a few seconds with a displeased expression. I couldn't understand why she reacted that way. I was also very uncomfortable, its rude but I didn't want to make an issue. I just went ahead and paid for the clothing.I'm not sure what the issue was, but displaying one's mood like that towards a customer didn't seem professional. It seems like there's a need for education for everyone in customer service.On the other hand, the clothes at this place have excellent quality.

Great selection of well made clothes. Very good discount deals and courteous, helpful staff. This said, let me offer a special shout out to manager Heather for helping me clear up a mistaken overpayment with TH head office: it was above and beyond the call of duty. An excellent experience all around.

I've only had positive experience at this location. It usuly takes me a minute to find shirts and pants that fits. I went in and out of the change room 3-4 times, tried 2 dozen shirts and pants. Walked away with 6 nice shirts priced after discount and tax, at 33$ each. You'd be a fool to tell me it isnt worth a visit..
