If there were a 0-star option, I would rate this store that low. I have been working in customer service and retail for more than 10 years, handling various types of customers. I definitely know how it feels to work in that kind of workplace. I visited the store to exchange an item — the same product but a different size. The Urban Planet website clearly states that exchanges are allowed, even for purchases made through Klarna.
The older woman, whom I believe to be the manager, informed me that they do not process exchanges at the store level. I showed her the website and the policy, but she didn’t even bother to look at it or double-check. It seems she follows her own store policy. I called Customer Service and was told that exchanges are, in fact, allowed. The woman was rude and didn’t reflect the 'Canadian' way of handling customers. Based on previous reviews, I believe this attitude is recurring, and it reflects poorly on the company’s image. I may be just one customer, but I will not be returning to this store.

The manager needs to stop yelling at her employees, I was shopping there and overheard the manager going off on the employee. if there was a problem you should’ve addressed it nicely and not in front of customers rather than disrespectfully. this just shows your poor customer service skills this is why the employees are discouraged to work at sirens, and provide better customer service everything was disorganized and messy

So how do I start… Firstly I’m not really into posting reviews for places even tho I get bad experiences because I’m also a customer service worker but this is also the reason why I’m doing this.. Yesterday September 13th I went to the Niagara Outlet Collection as an unusual shopping day, I love Sirens and Forever 21 clothes so I went straight into the shop and for my surprise the first thing I got entering was the bombastic side eye of one of the workers.. after looking around the shop I chose many items as it was a “BOGO 50% off” and I wanted to try them on which I actually did but in the fitting rooms I just got the rudest service ever, she looked at me from my feet to my head and giving me that sassy attitude saying that I could just try 5 pieces which I totally agreed and understand but she just said it in the worst way possible.. Even tho this happened I tried everything on and on what I chose I asked her if she could keep it for a minute while I tried another item. When I got dressed back again I went out and she wasn’t there neither the clothes I asked her to keep for me so I assumed she probably brought them to the cashier area, I went to cash my items out and my clothes weren’t there which I explained the situation that had happened before to the cashier which surprisingly was also so mean and proceed to call the girl by her name which was Paula and asked her for my clothes to what she replied “oh Divine they’re there” and sighing and said something else I couldn’t hear and then pointing with her mouth as I was supposed to know where they were… I was gonna grab them but I realised that I had no idea where she was pointing at and I got mad at the whole situation happening between them cause they acted like I was getting everything for free or I don’t know what… Do they think they’re more or better than other people?… after everything I decided to not buy anything because I’m not spending money in a place where they treat you like your begging for their service.Worst service ever at this store by Paula and Divine.

Ignorant & lazy staff. Wont help you but will get mad at you for trying to get items off the rack! Don’t spend your money here.

Long wait lines. Only one register was going and debit machines was down so when I came back with cash I had to re wait in line for just my one item. On Saturdays especially, should have two registers open. Not impressed and so many people kept leaving the line, maybe if you don’t want to loose customers, have better customer service.

The worst experience ever. Apparently they are suppose to close at 9 but they are so lazy that they close 15 minutes early. I wanted buy some stuff but guess they don’t need customers.

Really disheartened to hear my sisters experience with a sales associate earlier today who wanted to try on a dress that’s on a mannequin only to be told if she’s sure of her size and insisted that she’s a different size in a condescending tone. It’s so disappointing to think how this situation could’ve been avoided if the people who represent the brand treated such topic in a sensitive caring manner.
