Great place to shop! Rudsak has an awesome collection of outerwear and winter jackets. I bought a jacket for my wife as a gift. She absolutely loved it. Monique was super helpful and patient through the whole process. She helped and suggested a lot of good options. Definitely recommended! Thanks Monique

Wish I could give this store rating a 0 for their deplorable customer service skills. I walked-in today Jan 15 @ 1pm; the 2 ladies at the cash were doing absolutely nothing but talking to one another as the store had no other customers. I am a women of Color and both looked upon me when I entered and said absolutely. (A simple Hi/ welcome would’ve been fine) A min later another person of Color but different race walked in and then AGAIN both ladies said absolutely NOTHING. Is this the way to a operate business?!!!!!I most definitely wanted to purchase but will take my business to another location!!!!!!! People believe what you see when you see the reviews! It’s not their first. Just terrible!

One of the staff, Adalaina, made the whole shopping experience super pleasant and it was because of my interaction with her that makes me want to recommend this store to others. Thanks for being so helpful throughout the entire process -- somebody give this lovely human a raise!!This brand deserves more love in general for their quality and style compared to other brands at similar price points. Love the long white puffer.

WORST Experience:-Customer service- very very poor. Very judgmental staffs are in.However, I bought a winter jacket for my wife.I strongly recommend them pls learn from think kitchen staffs.

Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by a ray of sunshine named Sarah. Thanks to her limitless knowledge of the products and her top of the line customer service, I have never had such an easy shopping experience. I love my new coat!

I went to the store yesterday and had a pleasure of meeting Peter and Adam. I ended up buying only one coat and ordering another. Both employees were extremely knowledgeable and patient. They really took their time to see what i liked and showed me similar product for a better price online. After coming back the second time to look for a second coat they advise me that the coat I ordered will be coming in a lot sooner then planned. They clearly took their time to follow up on my first order and updated me as soon as they saw me the second time. They worked very well together to make the shopping and waiting process extremely seamless. Clearly customer service was their utmost priority not sales or commission. Extremely friendly and professional experience.
