1 star for the employee Casey . This is not a recent event, but in past experiences I just remember her being a rude person and frankly not someone that makes the store feel welcoming.

They were literally watching over us. I mean this isn’t Rolex store. If you are too concerned about theft then hire loss prevention officers. There is no need to watch over people to harassment level. We ended up purchasing two items but I won’t shop here again as I didn’t like the vibe.

Nicole was so helpful! She went above and beyond to help us find our sizes and she was multi tasking with us and other customers as she was alone but she made us all feel like we were first priority! Thanks Nicole for all your help!! You're awesome!

Greeted with an Awesome team of ladies as I walked in. I was here on Monday Oct 2nd during my work long weekend. I had a lot of stuff in me as Winners did not offer bags anymore and I forgot to bring reusable bags. The ladies at the store offer to help and get me a bag seeing how heavy and hard it was for me to shop. The manager and associates there were just amazing. Even though I looked and tried on some stuff and items did not work out, they did not turn a cold shoulder to me. Kept up their lovely smile and said goodbye to me as I left. I would definitely come back to shop just because of them. Thank you.

I like the customer service from 2 of the employees but one on the dask where everyone was paying she was laughing for no reason like literally nothing. It is not good manners. We also serve people but that lady was helarious and she don’t know how to deal customers.

Yesterday I went to buy me some clothing, I was trying to find the right size it wasn’t on shelf, I asked for help the employee showed some attitude I ignored it, he brought me a different clothing than what I asked for. There was something els I liked and I asked for my size the guy and girl rolled their eyes, I wanted to try it on in fitting room the girl employee asked me very rudely if I needed the try room. When I came out of the fitting room I went to pay for my stuff meanwhile a Caucasian person came the staff was very willing to answer her questions, but as soon as it was my turn to pay employees had not very good attitude, I paid for my clothing and left, it was hard for me to forget staff behaviour so I came back and returned the clothing. As person of different nationality I had very bad experience there. I don’t recommend this store since as I had bad experience I believe it’s because of my skin Color, never going there again as long as same staff is there.

Nice collection of products. Staff was welcoming and engaging. Asked me multiple time if I need help and helped me through my purchase. Cashier was also engaging and friendly. My family had a positive overall experience. I would definitely recommend this store. I’ll be visiting again soon for winter upgrades.
