I get my compound creams from this adorable pharmacy. They are perfectly mixed and delivered to my doorstep. I switched for a few months to another compound pharmacy that was closer, however that was a mistake as their compound mixture made me sick. I will never switch again as they know what they are doing and do it well. They offer any vaccine by appointment as well

Not my first time here, but I have to share what a wonderful experience I had today. After getting an antibiotic from another pharmacy in St. C that I was allergic to, the pharmacist helped me find a solution so I could get started on antibiotics immediately. After 10 days of sickness and an allergic reaction it was nice to finally have a pharmacist who understands my allergies help me out. I highly recommend using this pharmacy in town, plus it’s literally in the cutest area so you can grab a coffee and take a nice walk down Queen after!

This was a lovely little small town pharmacy. It had a lot of items and a good variety. I just needed toothpaste and I ended up picking up a couple of other things. A lovely local welcoming attitude from the gentleman behind the counter. Only a 5 minute walk from 124Q. ?❤️

Can't believe we haven't written a review for Simpson's Apothecary. We live about 4 houses away and have been going there since they opened. Lovely staff and always INCREDIBLY helpful ! Will go out of their way to bring product in if they don't have it at the time.

Standard pharmacy, wait time wasn’t too long but I came at a less busy time of day. My con about this pharmacy is the lack of diversity in terms of staff, in both locations. It feels a little unnerving bc of all the diversity we have here in Niagara. I hesitate to go into here because of that.

The level of his professionalism, knowledge and dedication is impressive, and it sure has created a culture of courtesy, politeness, friendliness and trust for both of his pharmacies. I am glad that I moved over to Simpson's and regret that I haven't done it sooner.
