Came with my husband to the store to buy gifts for our daughters. I already have pictures of the jewelleries we want to buy.Unfortunately no one from the associates greeted us or asked if we need help.We browsed through the store hoping an associate will help us what we were looking for.Sadly no one did so we decided to go to the Peoples Pen Centre who helped us what we need to buy. The associate there gave us excellent customer service.We know now where to buy our jewelleries...not in the outlet branch but at the Pen Centre.

Stay clear of this niagara on the lake location at 300 Taylor road. They will straight up lie to your face to make a sale.If you buy an engagement ring they will charge you for the correct sizing. This place is total scam. The most ignorant people work here.You buy an engagement ring , you surprise your fiancé , you bring it back and they try to upswell you on a dumb warranty , and then still charge you for the sizing. It makes zero sense . I'll be returning my purchase. Never ever shop at people's jewelry , they will act like your best friend then once you leave they don't care about you. ??

Got my ring 4 mos ago and they said on the time of purchase that the diamonds will be covered for replacement even if I do not buy the diamond protection. I called today and on the phone they confirmed this info. When I got there, they said that it is not covered since I did not buy the protection. Very unprofessional service. Unknowledgeable sales people.

I Came here to buy a ring for my brother for his anniversary and when I came here the store looked amazing, the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, especially Lorraine and Luciano. They’re amazing and really show the quality of what you’re getting when you shop at Peoples!!
