I went into this store, and they were having a promotion of if you spend a certain amount of money you get a free ornament etc. So i had bought 4 charms, 2 for myself and the other 2 were gifts, As soon as i payed and had got out of the store i realized that they left one of my charms or they forgot to put it in the box/bag. They spent the past 30 minutes looking in the back, checking all of my boxes, my bags told me to empty my pockets, checked surveillance footage, to see if i STOLE IT. I had reminded them they only gave me 3 out of 4 boxes. They didn’t even apologized for trying me as poorly as they did. NEVER EVER recommending this place to someone EVER.

After about a 10-minute wait outside I was welcomed inside, greeted, and assisted by Isha B (225619). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and helped me find a discounted "Alice and Wonderland" charm I had been searching for. I also bought this beautiful 2 piece sun and moon ring set. The store was clean and easy to navigate.

Please ? be careful when shopping at this location. We bought a ring for mummy’s birthday but it didn’t fit her so we brought it back the next day. The Receipt did not say final sale. The sales rep was so kind but she said manager has to approve it. The store manager said we cannot take it coz it’s final sale. I told her I wasn’t aware of it and no one told me and the receipt didn’t say it was final( no stamp). I didn’t ask money back all I asked one size up. She wasn’t understanding or accommodating at all:( my mum and I were very disappointed ?. If the item is final they have to Inform the customer and stamp the receipt stating it’s FINAL so that it’s clear to the both side.The most upsetting part, the manager said you can give this item as a gift ? to someone else:( thinking ? she found a solution to my mums birthday gift.

The wait outside is reasonable. The asian girl helped me, she is very nice and friendly. She spent her time with me to let me choose and try. With her help, I was able to find a retired charm at an unbelievable low price and a beautiful retired ring. The store has a great selection of retired products and also new products. Everything sold here is final sale, so check and make sure you want them before you pay.

Terrible customer service, I bought a 145 dollar ring for my girlfriend and in the first night she wore it (out to dinner) a bunch of the gems fell out of the ring. I went to the local pandora near me asking for a refund, they were extremely rude, only the original location ça. Provide a refund. So I went back to the original location and the woman who served me there was also extremely rude , (in not talking just rude in the sense that she didn't respond the way I wanted to, she was genuinely rude, rushed and unempathetic. After all they told me to call the head office number or something . It's been almost 2 months now and I still haven't got a resolve to my situation. The entire experience was unenjoyable to say the least.

It's okay. Small number of customers allowed in, lineup in the cold waiting to enter. Once inside, they're slow and try to upsell very blatantly.

Went to Pandora at the outlet mall in Niagara on the Lake to purchase a ring for my daughters birthday. I explained to the sales lady that I needed to purchase a ring that I would be able to return, as I did not know her size & the style she likes. The girl directed me to the rings that I was able to exchange if it did not fit. I chose a ring and purchased it & was very happy with the customer service at the time, (not at one time was it mentioned that the item was final sale) When we opened the gift and tried on the ring it did not fit…that being said I then looked at the receipt and noticed it was stamped final sale. We went back to the store to exchange the item as I was told when I purchased it that I was able to exchange the ring. I explained to the manager the situation and right away she accused me of lying. Saying along the lines that they knew I would be back to try and do this and blaming me for the mistake. I was very confused because the manager was not there at the time of purchase and at the time of purchase there were no problems, everyone was very nice. The manager pointed out that the receipt was stamped final sale so there was nothing they could do…if I was told the item was final sale at the time of purchase I would not have bought the ring. When cashing me out originally the girl did not say final sale & I did not see her stamp the receipt in front of me (obviously I was not looking/ on my phone or looking at other jewellery pieces) Seeing multiple other reviews online now makes sense why the manager treated the situation so poorly, not even offering an exchange for a bigger size, or simply being apologetic. This was very disappointing and embarrassing on her part on how the situation was handled. Worst customer service from a manager that I have ever had, maybe she was thrown into the job and didn’t have training? Not sure , but note to manager being kind goes a long way :)

Worst experience ever. I received a bracelet as a gift. Unable to get it on or off with that clasp. Fell off twice, lost it once for 2 weeks then found it. Took it back to a store with gift receipt/box/bag. Was told to go home and call customer service. Called on a landline and cell phone. Was disconnected after waiting on hold for 30 minutes on the landline. Was hung up on when on the cell phone in the middle of explanation after waiting again in excess of half an hour. Outlet Mall in Niagara. They do not stand behind their merchandise.

Please do not shop here as they do not honour their 30 days return policy. Receipt did not say final sale and even though I spoke to both sales rep and store manager in less than 24 hours after my purchase they could not even offer a store credit as the Pandora receipt states they would. I am still a big fan of their Pandora’s Jewellery, however robbing the joy out of customer is just not ok.

I am completely and utterly insulted by the manager here. She was rude, unprofessional, degrading and downright belligerent. We wanted to exchange a bracelet, which we had the receipt for. This manager outright accused us of lying. We've spent so much money here and to have this manager treat us the way she did is completely unacceptable. I will tell every person I know to never shop here ever. If i could give no stars I would.

The staff weren't very welcoming. Wasn't busy. The lady helping us just didn't want to make the sale. Showing us charms seemed like hard work for her. Sales people are usually upbeat and give good recommendations. Nope. My wife has been collecting Pandora charms for a while - we bought so many from Waterloo, Kitchener, Toronto and here. This sales lady clearly didn't like her job or want to be here. No recommendations, didn't want to show us much, wasn't welcoming and gave us sense we're bothering her. Maybe it's time to switch to a different charm brand. What a shame.

Never come back again. My friend and I came today looking for a ring. The staffs did even say Hi to us. asked the lady in the front that we were looking for ring, and they talked back to me without seeing my face. Waiting for few minutes but seemed she was busy doing something for closing. We left after few mins since no ones tended to help. Tried to be polite say” thank you” but they did not care at all. So disappointed about their customer service. Pandora is always my favorite brand, but from now if they don’t improve services, definitely lose the customers.
