I had a great experience shopping at this Moose Knuckles location on September 28. A big thank you to Carl who was very patient, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. We dropped in just to browse and came back three times within a 30 minute span to try on and eventually purchase a winter jacket! Carl took the time to make sure our questions were answered without trying to pressure us to purchase.

I came at noon to this location and the staff were very very friendly, helping with looking for sizes, recommending outfits and giving advice! Carl was the main employee I talked with and recirved amazing customer service.
I bought a matching sweater and pants which were very comfortable, they were unfortunately out of the bright gray version so we compromised with the light green.
Very nice experience, service was fast and friendly, products were very good.
Also had a 50% discount promotion on both items.

I regret to inform you that I had an unpleasant experience at your establishment. On March 28th, I purchased a jacket from your store, only to discover a stain upon further inspection. I promptly returned to the store on April 9th, within the return policy period, seeking an exchange or refund. However, my request was denied, and I was advised to contact customer service via email. Despite reaching out to customer service, they informed me that they were unable to assist me in this matter.
Considering this situation, I kindly request your attention to this issue and would appreciate a fair resolution. I trust that your company values customer satisfaction and will handle this matter promptly.

Buying a high quality jacket like a moose knuckle is a big decision both because you'll have the jacket for years to come and the investment. This location was unbelievable in helping me come to a very tough decision. I highly recommend this location. The staff and manager are incredible. They were very patient with me and helped me with the final decision which I couldn't be happier with. If your looking for a high quality jacket you have found the place. If you're in the market for a down jacket and not willing to pay a full price, it is a great store to visit. All products are completely authentic and they routinely offer 30-40% discounts (or more) which is quite material for a $1000 item.
Definitely recommended for cost conscious people.

The most worst customer experience ever. If you want to buy something every workers gathered around but if you have a problem after getting services no one would help.
