I had a frustrating experience with the manager at Michael Kors on Dec 24th. Despite purchasing 2 handbags and 4 wallets for gifts at the shopping mall in Niagara-on-the-Lake, she only provided one large bag and claimed they couldn't offer extra paper bags. Each handbag should ideally have its own paper bag for gifting. When I explained that these were gifts for my friends, I requestedat least 2 paper bags. However, the manager resufed sternly. she was really condescending and refused to give me paper bags. To make matters worse, she even threatened me to call security if I didn't comply. It left me feeling mistreated, and she seemed unqualified.If you plan to buy handbags for gifts, please avoid this location as the manager doesn't provide each paper bag, so you should gift them as they are, wrapped in a plastic bag. It is ridiculous. I really regret why I returned them as it is far from my place. The store manager doesn't seem to have a mindset for quality service. She is literally rude.

This company is a rip off, sold me engagement ring and wedding band for 2000$ took it to a well known jeweller and found out the ring is worth no more than 600$ “and that’s being generous”DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Do yourself a favour and find a private jewellery store. They at least go by value of metals and labour.

Kelsey was amazing! Came to look for wedding bands for both myself and fiancé. She took her time with us and explained all the different types and styles. Such a great experience with her!

Niagara on the lake location has a sales is Asian , she is very mean。I went to store the other sales help me, is Indian girl, maybe is new, the Asian sales is working there look like longer than Indian sales, the Asian girl first wasn’t help me , also I am feel her doesn’t want the Indian sales sell the jewelry to me . I post my experience here just let’s more people know, don’t come there, if you want buying jewelry anywhere you can go , not the only place we can spend money !No star , 0

I want to start by saying the girls in the store are very nice. I'm not one to write a review but feel I should warn people what kind of store this is. I have four rings from Michael Hill Total $14,000. During covid I went to the Penn center to have my ring inspected. At that time. They told me they could give me the care plan for the other ring that I had. Turns out it wasn't a care plan. I'm not actually sure what I paid for considering all diamonds are under warranty anyway. So what the $200 was for? I'm unsure. When I brought it up to the assistant manager she was trying very hard to help me. However, the manager of the in the outlet mall would not even reach out to me. No phone call. No communication at all. The last inspection I have on this ring was that everything was perfect. The next time I brought it back for inspection they told me that nine prongs needed to be fixed. I replaced the same diamond twice. The humorous part about all of this is that I don't wear this ring so nothing should have changed. Very disappointed. Absolutely disgusted with the store. Sorry to the girls that work there because you are all lovely. I know you wanted nothing more than to help me

I have been a loyal Michael Hill customer for over 10 years and have been able to visit numerous of your stores collecting some beautiful pieces of jewelry. However the experience that I had at this store from start to finish was the best experience I have had buying a gorgeous ring, i cant say enough about the prices, selection, and the store Manager Ann was beyond amazing made my shopping experience flawless and such a pleasure. The help I received the level of professionalism and the product knowledge I will make this my new Michael Hill location just because of my experience there even though I live over 36 hours away. The store will reflect the Manager and you have a great one at this location! Pleasure shopping with you Ann

So I came to the store for routine cleaning but also to check if I can do the inspection. COVID has halted everything and wasn't sure how it affected my warranty. The lady that initially helped me seems eager to help but she asked the supervisor who seems knowledgeable but fairly rude. Said supervisor lacks empathy and customer service. She knows what she is talking about but she doesn't know how to deliver a message. She didn't give me opportunity to explain and was very bossy. Happened June 24, 2022 at 1930 to 1940H.

Went in to purchase a ring, the sales associate Janet was EXTREMELY wonderful, supportive and helpful in finding me a ring that captured all my wants and needs while understanding my worries about buying a ring.She was able to show me a variety of rings and provide feedback. I was so excited that I was able to agree on a ring in which took an hour and she was extremely patient with me during the whole time. I can honestly say that my experience going to this location was nothing but amazing service by Janet from the first moment I stepped in the store to the moment I picked up my ring today. I have never experienced such amazing and patient customer service or felt like I wasn’t being rushed to purchase something.If you are looking for something and need support.. go and ask for Janet and you will not be disappointed! She deserves a raise and to be a manager!! :)

Came here today and the lady working was very helpful, patient and kind while helping me pick out some earrings. This store has great prices and the service was amazing. Will be back to this location for any future jewellery needs!!

Store manager Ann deemed my $350 bracelet wasn't covered under warranty because it wasn't "normal" wear-and-tear (I wore it on special occasions for just a month before it broke). I understand she only has my word to go on but her assumption was also only based on a single scratch, from which she deduced that my bracelet got "pinched" in between something that exerted a lot of force (it wasn't). She treated me like a criminal and dismissively repeated "It's not covered" without offering other solutions until I asked. At that point, I didn't want any more business with them so I left more dissatisfied with the service and brand than I was about the bracelet. They're rude with their customers for a "high end" jewellery store, I won't return again.
