Very clean store, employees were super nice and helpful, lots of nice clothes. We’d like to thank the store manager - we forgot the name, but he was a redhead and wearing a green shirt today - the nicest employee I’ve ever met in my life. Thank you for helping us with our watch!

Very unorganized in store. I know they were doing renovations but haven't bothered to move any of the dept signs that are simply hung! No service with alot of staff on the floor the day of my visit.

Cool selection of General Merch. One of the more affordable stores in this cluster of shops. Wife said the bathrooms were gross. I can’t figure out the difference between Marshall’s and Winners… sq/ft?

Have usually had a good experience here. But today, the cashier I had (Elizabeth) was just so miserable and ignorant. Went around 10:30am and had a simple return of 2 baby items. I went up with a smile and said "hello, how are you today?" and she didn't even make eye contact and said "fine", in a miserable tone. I just said I have two items to return and gave them to her. She scanned one and told me to tap card. I asked her why the refund was only $14 and not the $50. She gave me a miserable look and didn't say anything. I told her there were two items. She grabbed the items from the bin she threw them in and realized there were two. All she said was "I didn't see it". Then scanned it and turned the machine towards me. Not a word. I smiled, said thank you and have a nice day. She didn't say a word. Such bad energy. If I ever go back there and get her again, I'll be waiting in line for another cashier.

We found great deals at this store. I didn't like that they didn't offer free bags, but rather had reusable options available for purchase, which made me take the stuff with my hands.
