I brought an online purchased product to exchange for a different size to this store and the staff asked to go to a retail store as it’s an online purchase. Disappointing service. How come they can’t exchange their company product at the outlet mall store! Never buying anything from Lacoste again

Worst experience I’ve ever had, very disappointed. I got an item that was not final sale & the store manager (Jonathan) refused to refund it saying it’s against their policy. He told me to contact the customer service which they confirmed that I can but he still refused saying that the customer service not aware of the policy.

Very HD in the building. The colors of all of the clothes, and the clothing assistant were very helpful and accommodating. King Lemonade finally listened to me and bought something from the store (so that's a win for me). Overall a very pleasant experience, the store wasn't crowded at all and everything was nice and neat and in place. Great job Lacoste team.@according2teau ??
