This location is terrible, customer service is ultimately poor. They only care about making the sale even if the product isn't fitted to you. No customer loyalty or consideration, not even for someone who made a purchase over 250$!!!!
I shopped here once with my mom because she was desperately in need. I was assisting her with her sizes and running around the store more frequently and accurately than the employee who approached and attempted to assist us. We did consult the employee on the different styles of bras. The woman at the check out was NOT friendly! Rather snarky, impatient and annoyed with our questions. Around less than 3 months after purchasing the 3 bras all broke (the wiring snapped and or popped out). My mother went back into the store and asked an employee in regards of this issue. My mother informed me that the employee in question enforced the idea and convinced her that they broke because she didn't wash them by hand. THIS IS NOT FACTUALLY CORRECT OR PROVEN TO BE TRUE as I and many others have bras from La Vien Rose and La Senza that have gone through the wash hundred of times and they remain in tact and wearable. Maybe if employees cared about their job, for their customers or maintained knowledgable in their line of work they would have helped her buy the right bra and informed her that because she is quite top heavy that it wore out because of the weight bearing down on the bra meaning she didn't buy the right style for support!!!!! Oh my god what an idea! Also something these people could have done if they properly assisted her. INSTEAD they pursuaded her to buy bras that would NOT last. What's even more sad is that she doesn't know much about the ins and outs SO the employee took advantage of that convincing her to buy MORE bras. DISGUSTING. Nice image your allowing to be created for your company LaVienRose.

WORST BRANCH BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEES! the deals are amazing but honestly the service is horrible. They are very rude especially when you get to the cashier. Today, November 18, there was 2 cashiers. One with a red turtleneck sweater and one with a hijab (always miserable idk why lol). When I asked a question, the girl with the red sweater was trying to guess my question with literal sas. I haven’t even finished the question and she’s already trying to shut it down without letting me finish. I confronted her because I felt disrespected. I enjoy the store itself and would rather have fresh set of people rather than going with those nasty girls with their attitudes.
