Extremely friendly customer service; 2 employees asked if we needed help, the 1 asked twice; we were waiting in line for about 1 minute when an employee came up to open a 2nd cash for us. Majority of the store had items on sale, most of the sale items being 70% off. My girlfriend ended up buying a wallet for $75.

Today we went to shop for a bag at your Kate spade store we were taken care by one of your employees Karishma she was so good to us . She helped us so much in finding the right bag matching our choice . She was very humble very ready to assist . I believe such employees are assets must be taken care of . Thanks so much

I liked this Kate Spade Outlet more than the one I visited at The Toronto Premium Outlets. They had more of the fun Kate Spade novelty items. Right now there are many fruit themed, especially with apples and pineapples. I also found that they had cuter bags here too. The employees were also a little more helpful and relaxed. One that was helping us showed us around to similar items that we were looking at. They also made some suggestions based on the colour palettes that we were looking at. I resisted getting something so as I was walking out, the employee that was helping us cheekily said they'd be seeing my group later. Fun!
