I entered in the store and all three staff members were standing at the cash counter and were laughing on us..they looked at us and didn’t said hello and no one help us out. I upfrontly said hello to the staff but still no one came to help me with the clothe size. So I end up walking out from the store buying nothing. I use to buy a lot of stuff from jack and jones but today I felt disrespectful..I will never visit here again

Associate was very rude!!!! We are a black couple that went there to shop we weren’t even greeted by anyone. We went at the cash to pay for our stuff he told us the store is a “Cashless store” . I have never heard that before!!! Anyways we paid using our debit card . On top of being treated like this , He left all the buzzers on the clothes we bought. If I could give zero stars I would. This happened on February 14 2024 . Store manager or whoever worked this day is Horrible!!!!! Never again

Once in a while there's something nice and convenient but, generally speaking, they are expensive (and a problem with the size).

50% Discount WarningThe sales staff were courteous and we purchased items with some fairly good deals considering the quality of their clothing. Beware of the 50% off and scrutinize your receipt before you leave. We were tourists who bought a fair number of items from Toronto. The sales/ cashier probably entered the items correctly, but their system had a glitch & we we didn't get our 2nd pair of pants at the discount. The only option for $33 to be corrected is to go to one of their outlet locations which is far away from us - not worth the time, hassle & money to do that. They should reimburse my credit card. If we shop there again, will definitely double check our receipt.

Associates are very rude with customers and don’t even guide properly. They talk in bad language with me and did rudely behaviour with our family. I recommend do not visit this store try another store in outlet.

It was my first time visiting this location as part of the outlet mall. It most certainly won't be the last.As with almost all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Thrilled to have met and interacted with the staff here who were amazing. Both were very friendly, helpful and kind and were genuinely appreciative of my business.Don't get me started on all the great deals they have! Simply stellar.If you're looking for great people, great value and great selection, this is a place you must visit. Highly recommended!

We went last night two staff sitting up front talking away couldn't be bothered to get up and even ask if you needed any help . When cashing out they didn't even know how to cash you out you ask a question you couldn't even get an answer . No wonder others complain
