i came here with my grandmother last week. Had the worst experience in my entire life. THE ASSOCIATED TREATED US LIKE WE CANT AFFORD A $100 WATCH. Come on, it’s just $100, your most expensive watch in the cabinet is only $300.
It was an insulting experience.
My grandmother and I went to guess because we wanted to buy a gift. We asked the associate to help us look at some of the watches in the cabinet, my grandma kept asking about the price because it’s not shown on there. The associate kept saying, this is cheap, let me find a cheaper one for you. We didn’t ask her to find a cheaper one. The cheap one doesn’t look good. And I also hated her tone. (I’ve experienced other associates saying things like, this one is cheaper, but they were never this demeaning). My grandma wasn’t happy with the watches, so we left. Before we exit the store, I had to tell her, we can afford it were just didn’t like what’s there.
However this incident happened last week, and I am still mad at how we were treated at Guess.
First of all, you’re just guess, you’re not Gucci. Even if you’re Gucci, you shouldn’t treat your customers like this.
I will tell everyone I know about this experience and urge everyone to not shop at Guess. Ever.

Seperate Tax charges for online order and in store orders. Never seen it before anywhere. I got charged for tax almost triple for item i ordered online than i got in store. No help or assitance given by Associated over there and by customer service. Have to wait for the item to get shipped and go back in store to return it. Wish a good luck to those who wants to buy things from there. Please never make an online order. Instead go somewhere else.

Store management has been seen belittling and abusing staff in front of customers they were helping—specifically Lilly & Parker.
Avoid this location as its lower staff is not respected or treated with any form of dignity.
To all the front end staff, you deserve better.

Disgusting service!!! I went Dec 31 to purchase item for my exchange gift the same day then found out acoustic magnet is still attached. But what triggered me the most to be upset was the girl manager in charge the day of January 3 around 6pm she’s rude and unbelievably unprofessional!!!, im trying to explain how hassle that experience is and she just answered me “what do you want me to do, go to cashier to return the item” and I’m shocked that I ask her again if that’s the only thing she’s gonna say and she still answer unprofessionally, saying “we’re busy and closing soon, nothing I can do about it” unbelievable!!!! All I wanted to hear is atleast be sorry for the inconvenience and talk to the cashier person who I checked out for the item so it won’t happen again. I’m a long time customer and this experience I had is not acceptable and needed to be correct or else they might lose loyal customer.
