“I just popped by a few minutes ago to check out La Paisana. OmG! Can't wait to go back. I had to hold back from buying EVERYTHING!They have a giant sized Tajin that I was super tempted to buy. Lots of snack and hard to find ingredients for every Latin recipes I've made. Cotija, crema, cajeta (the real kind), epazote, so much in one tiny store hidden in a plaza. They also have ready made food to heat at home, tacos, churros... and empanadas and chicharones on weekends. The lady and gentleman at the front are very friendly and helpful.GO HERE! Get essential ingredients or even just to explore something new. Definitely coming back :)”

“Thank you for being an amazing option for fresh produce and meats in Niagara Falls for a reasonable price!
My family are regulars and rely on this establishment on a regular basis.
Though we wish it were a larger location, we are happy to have what is currently here.

Workers are always seen stocking the shelves and products are always filled when available.

Definitely recommend to anyone looking to avoid big grocery stores and avoid skyrocketting prices!”

“After looking for the perfect gift for some friends, I realized that they would love a charcuterie board but you don't know when you buy one of those as a gift just when it will get used or how fresh it is and the ridiculous cost! Sgt. Pepper's has the greatest alternative, a charcuterie kit the recipient can put together themselves! Great idea for a family gathering or just to watch a game. Sgt Pepper's has all the best yummy delicacies to try. Meats, cheeses, olives, pretzels, sauces, etc. And he's tried them all so he can help you find the best flavor combinations. Sgt Pepper's is all about hot sauce but so much more and the owner is the nicest and most friendly guy on Center Street.”

“Great store in the community set up to make a difference in the lives of the local neighborhood. Affordable fruits and vegetables and soon, meats. Definitely worth checking out and joining the cooperative if you're interested in that as well.”

“Plain scones were not that good (didn’t know if this was a different “style” but I’ve had them in England before and these were not like that), wouldn’t buy again.Nice other items/selection/staff.They sell clotted cream, $10 per jar”

“Stumbled upon this place by accident. They're open til 11 pm which is awesome. Was there May 7th at 10 pm and had the NICEST most friendly cashier I've had in a LONG time. Clean nicely set up store. They sell some plants outside and a variety of soil at decent prices. Have an interesting selection of rarely found pop including MAPLE flavored. (It was actually good!)”

“I was shopping at this store today and when I got home I realized my bill seemed too high. I didn't have my receipt because the girl forgot to give it to me. When I got there I explained that I thought my bill seemed high. I talked to a cashier I thought had helped me and she was Very rude. A lovely young lady with long braids ( another cashier) came to help and found my receipt. The manager also came over and they found the mistake quickly and refunded my money. They were so helpful and kind. The rude cashier came over again before I left and was raising her voice and being rude again. I shop there often and the staff is always really helpful and friendly. I don't think the rude cashier should be working with the public when she can't represent the store in a positive way. She should be working shifts after hours so she doesn't have to interact with customers.”

“I went today for the second time and I will be going here more often for sure! I can’t eat gluten and the staff here are very knowledgeable on the certified gluten free products they carry and they can also suggest other products naturally GF. Store is clean and organized as well”

“I love that they now offer online ordering. This allows me to shop in the evenings and saves me loads of money over that nameless store I have been boycotting since May.”

“The manager is amazing! Always going above and beyond for the customer and the store! I would miss her if she ever left this store! She is so amazing, she should be considered for a Regional Manager position!!The only issues I have are that some of the newer cashier's don't wear name tags or store uniforms! I can't tell if they work there, until they get to the register! Some of the employees don't wear masks, even though the manager requires them too, for everyone's safety! My only other concern is that some.of the staff can not count out change very well! I paid my bill for $3.74 with a $10 bill, and my change was $6.26....the gentleman must have put the bill I paid with in register wrong, because he was stumped when it came to the correct change to return to me. I had to tell him how much was due back to me, and I didn't use a calculator, because it's such simple math!!! You should add a quick math portion to your Application process, and another math type test during the interview process, to make sure they can do simple math, without a calculator, and in front of the manager! It boggles my mind that young adults can't seem to do simple math anymore! That can be dangerous for a buissness, especially with such a high volume of customers and cash transactions!”

“Overpriced, but great store. Great selection, awesome staff, super clean, never an empty shelf. Always doing charity drives for the community. I would shop here more, but the really high prices prevent that.”

“I like this store most workers are very friendly. Nice and clean. There is a young lady that is there that everytime I go she looks unhappy or something. I have not seen this girl smile one time, all the times I been there. Sometimes it's like should I ask her a question or I don't even want to approach her...usefully at self check out..”

“Opens late till midnight so pretty convenient for impromptu grocery plans. Remember that bakery and other departments close sooner and you cannot buy alcoholic drinks after 11 PM.”

“Love this Tops ! The staff, price and product selection is great! So impressed that you always have more than one brand to choose from. The employees here are helpful and polite. Tops 5 star plus”

“Well lit store. Good staff. Frozen foods spread out too much, on three walls plus several bunkers on the sales floor. The prices are not too bad. They could replace the rusty shopping carts.”
