I recently visited the GAP store at the Niagara Outlet Mall, and I had a fantastic shopping experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The selection of clothing was excellent, with a wide range of sizes and styles available.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were quick to assist me with finding the right sizes and provided great recommendations based on my preferences. I was particularly impressed with their patience and professionalism.
Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, especially with the outlet discounts. I found some great deals on quality clothing that I know will last a long time. The fitting rooms were clean and spacious, which made trying on clothes a pleasant experience.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting the GAP store at the Niagara Outlet Mall. Whether you're looking for casual wear, work attire, or something in between, you're likely to find it here. I'll definitely be returning on my next shopping trip!

As I was at the counter paying, the girl cashing me out started snickering. At first I got confused if she is snickering at me or the items I bought or maybe she is a racist but then I noticed she kept looking at an older lady who was at the next register paying for her things...she was asking questions about discounts and prices of the items she selected and she would take time to pause and process after hearing the prices. The other girl who was helping that lady understand the prices was also rolling eyes acting so unprofessional. I just felt so furious i felt like leaving the store without buying anything. What does these girls know of running a family, paying for childrens education, paying bills and mortgage I bet nothing at all. With gas, grocery and literally everything prices skyrocketing, last thing people want would be to get judged while trying to figure out if something they are buying is worth the money they are spending. The snickering laugh of that girl was extremely rude, appaling and unprofessional. While making fun on that poor old lady she charged me extra for one of the items. If only she was doing her job more seriously not making this drama it would have been easy for everyone. Now I would have to go back to the store because of her stupid mistake waste of my time and gas money. They should be better trained for customer service.
