Eddie Bauer is a once in a life time shop. Atleast I used to think it was. Not anymore. The new jacket I got for my wife was tad bigger than expected when she worn it for the first time and we came back to exchange it for a smaller size (2 days after the purchase). Was shocked to hear they don't take it back if it has been worn! Even once!

Had a great experience on a trip 5 years ago at this Eddie Bauer store. They had great people working back in 2018 and they have still have amazing people working in 2023. Thank you Jeremy for making our shopping experience awesome!

I visited the store on April 7 & the customer service is terrible. 3 people in the line to pay & 3 employees talking behind the counter, 2 of them were sitting on the back counter with 1 girl shoving chocolate in her mouth. Another employee was behind the counter & obviously working, folding etc. When he saw that the others weren't going to botherto ring anyone through he was kind enough to help me with my purchase. The staff here need to take some lessons in customer service. When I left the store the others were still sitting in the counter.
