There is no such thing as customer service at this location. You walk in the the lady is too busy on her phone to greet a customer. We will definitely keep shopping at the Eaton centre location. However, this location is a no-go. Area manager needs to develop this team to have customer service skills and not be on their phones like at home.

Don't see much deals in there but it is not just Ecco. It is not Ecco, most stores in the outlet don't offer limited discounts, different than a year ago. It seems selection of styles are not as many as before.

Nothing outlet about this place. Prices were no different than they would be a regular store. They have a great selection of stores, but was highly disappointed with the discounts.

The outlet mall is always busy. I do appreciate the open concept of the outdoor mall, especially so during the time of covid. The deals aren't bad, they have a good amount of designer brands and a lot of parking spots.

Visiting this outlet on the way back from Crystal Beach. It has a good selection of stores but nothing special. The parking was quite far from the stores. I like the Halton Hills outlet better since it has a luxury brand section. Since this outlet is so close to the border I would recommend going to Buffalo it's much cheaper. My fav stores to shop here are Nike and 5th avenue. All The stores are outside and the foodcourt has very limited selection. There are a couple of food truck outside which is nice.

I was shopping in the store and the manager jumped all over a customer regarding his mask ... she was nasty and he was standing with his boy in the corner of the store nowhere near anyone else .... some people have exemptions and No One has the right to be rude and yell at anyone without a conversation .... especially in the retail business. I will never shop there again!

A best customer service ever had in this store. I went there to repair my old shoes ?, he said he can't repair it. So he given me $100 credit to purchase new one.

“I am not happy with the Indian guy service when I shopped at the store. I bought some accessories and he didn't want to give me a bag. So I had to find a bag, so cheap that customer care person! Bad image for ecco. I hope he doesn't repeat this mistake."

I appreciate it's an outdoor format, less being closer to other humans and hearing their conversations.. mediocre food court, washrooms are nice. Shopping is crappy on this side of the border; cross to Niagara NY or Buffalo area.

After hiking at Niagara Glen, my family saw that this was on the way back home so we stopped by to see if there would be good discounts. They have a nice variety of stores so there's something for everyone. Honestly we just went to a couple of stores like Lululemon and I gotta say that the discounts were actually pretty good although the lines were pretty long. You should definitely go early because sizes are gone really quickly. I'd say the longest line was Nike. Good amount of parking.
